It's nice-ish. The staff is great but it's annoying that they're cash only. Their flavors are sometimes a little too experimental - I wouldn't try any of the premium flavors if I were you.

Hoboken Gregory's is the best location I've been too , stopped by this evening and the young lady and gentleman working were very pleasant . Good coffee and the banana walnut bread is to die for :)

Gregorys is my new spot to grab coffee from on my way to work! Love their app. Love their coffee. Love their food. Tons of great options for coffee. When I was there recently, I had their Valentine's Day special, the Iced Love Affair, which was delicious. I will regularly grab a breakfast sandwich which is great on-the-go too. This specific location does have plenty of seating, making it a great place to sitdown to read or catch up on life via your computer, etc. Located right near the train station and the waterfront too.

Racist lady at Hoboken branch. She didn't answer well and when our order was done we were the only one not called out for our order and when we realized it was late and went to check. our order was kept at the counter!!

I usually like Gregory's but this was straight-up not good. The pastry that my companion and I had here was pretty good, but the matcha was borderline undrinkable (worse than the Starbucks drink, which is itself not good!) and the latte was mediocre at best. On top of that, they were out of one order that I tried to make in the app; while they were able to accommodate me and deal with the item being out, it's still not a great look to take orders that you can't fill. While I do appreciate that they had working outlets and the service people were friendly, this place is so much worse than the other Gregory's I've been to that I feel compelled to rate it two stars. Not recommended!

Ridiculous. Ordered from this place via DoorDash two days in a row (1/27/24 and 1/28/24 morning/afternoon) and on BOTH days not ONE item I ordered was actually in the order. Completely different items than I ordered (someone else's order; one item was even from Uber Eats, not DoorDash!) There is no way to get in contact with them, and DoorDash often won't honor the refund request. I spent $93 total and didn't receive even one item that I actually ordered. So disappointing. Not coming here again.
