GTK has become one of my go to spots in Hoboken. Their food is consistently excellent and you can tell they don’t cut corners. The wings stand out as the best in town in my opinion. They’re smoky, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly all the way to the bone.
Their blue cheese deserves its own shout out, it’s truly some of the best I’ve ever had and pairs perfectly with the wings.
Service has always been friendly and attentive, whether dining in or grabbing takeout. If you live in Hoboken or are visiting and want great food from people who care about what they serve, GTK is an easy recommendation.

Overall, the food was really nice, especially the teriyaki fried rice bowl with tofu. The Latin veggie burrito was a bit bland - I feel like it didn’t have the spicy sauce and I didn’t receive any on the side, but maybe that was on me.
However, the one major issue was that the bowl had hair in it. I understand that it happens and I’m not upset, but just wanted to point it out and that’s the only reason for less stars.

I’ve visited this restaurant before and generally liked the food, but this recent experience left me genuinely disappointed. The chicken wings were burnt, and the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap was nothing like what I’ve had previously. When I asked about it, the owner mentioned lettuce prices had changed — but this wasn’t just a minor substitution. The whole filling was different, and the quality had dropped noticeably.
What really shocked me was how the owner handled my feedback. Instead of taking it seriously, he acted as though getting on a FaceTime call with me was some favor — as if I should be grateful for the attention. During the call, rather than listening or showing any concern, he literally pointed out the two or three bits of cheese in the wrap and tried to prove nothing was wrong. He kept repeating that no one else had complained that day
As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to explain basic quality issues, only to be met with resistance and attitude. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just a fair acknowledgment that the product served wasn’t up to standard.

Walked past so many times, and then got an ad showing them cooking wings. Ordered. Love the baked wings and real sauces. Loaded fries would be better with real potatoes but this isn’t England so I forgive the frozen ones. Order came FAST. Cheese on fries was melting and stringy and wings steamed when box opened. Really impressed. Bit of a weird menu though, kind of what confused me before, but reckon if they do the other dishes like they did mine, then it’s a menu of stuff they’ve nailed, and screw it with the thematics.
As a Hoboken local of many years, I can confidently say GTK has become a staple in my rotation. This city has a lot of competition and GTK is among the best. Seriously great bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and wings with fresh ingreidients and the perfect amount of flavor in every bite. I love how experimental they are with their menu as well. Service is also great (shoutout Joel!) and I'm never disappointed. Really hoping for continued success at this place, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner.
PS: PLEASE make the chicken soup a permanent menu item!

Best chicken Caesar wrap I’ve ever had! The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked, the buffalo wings were just as fresh and full of flavor. The wrap had everything you could want in a Caesar, crisp lettuce, creamy dressing, and juicy, well seasoned meat. Absolutely delicious!

The catering masters! We had my son’s first birthday this weekend with about 30 adults and 8 kids. GTK matched the theme perfectly and all the food was a HIT. Zero left overs. Delivery was on time and everything was set up perfect. Highly recommend!
