I hosted my 30th birthday party at Hudson Table Hoboken on 11/30 with 36 people and received so many messages today about how amazing the food was!! Chef Alexis and everyone in the kitchen did an outstanding job, and the staff assisting with the event were attentive and exceptional. The entire experience was top notch!! I will definitely be back, whether it's for another event I host or for a cooking class.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ... I brought my boyfriend here for s surprise date night and to our surprise, there was hair in almost every component we were given to cook with. To start, there was an eye lash in our bean sauce. The mascarpone had a full length of hair binded into the cream that we noticed at first glance, so it was clear that whomever put this out simply ignored it. We decided to continue and not make a big deal but we did point it out and the chef switched it for a new one. The icing on the cake was when we moved to make the chicken ... We fully seasoned and covered in flower, seared the chicken, and as soon as we flipped it, another long full grown piece of hair was in glistening on our cooked chicken. So the hair was clearly embedded into the flour that was provided. Personally, I enjoy cooking and thought this would be. great experience to involve my boyfriend into my world and this was just a poor experience and very unsanitary. There is no reason that we had hair in 3 different components of our food and zero compensation or apologies were issued. We were asked if we'd like a cold beverage on the house ... would NOT recommend!

We worked with Amanda for all planning who was so helpful with all of our questions and details as we approached the day of our event. We were able to completely customize our menu, which is such a unique offering for an event like this. The food the day of the shower was incredible and all of our guests were raving about it all! The day of the shower was perfect and the staff was so extremely helpful and attentive! Would highly recommend having an event here- we had the best experience!

After almost a year of setting reminders to get tickets, I finally got them for last night’s Greek themed competition with Chef Simon & Chef Brian. What a fabulous experience!!! The staff, the music and the food!! 10/10 recommend this activity. It’s BYOB and I recommend spending the addition $10-$20 to get front counter seats. Can’t wait to come back!

I was invited by my neighbor for the rooftop dining experience and I am so glad that I accepted. The live music was amazing, nostalgic to my childhood. Everything was so nice. Great ambiance. I was seated next to a very lovely (and loving) couple. There was even a toddler enjoying the music and just adding to the great vibe. I really enjoyed the experience!

My girls and I did the brunch chef competition and I have to say I would not recommend. It wasn't bad per say. But we specifically picked brunch because we like brunch food, we didn't pick the seafood one or the other dinner one because we wanted brunch food. And we got crab, sausage, and Ramen. It was very disappointing. The music was also blasting which made interacting with each other and the chefs impossible.
On the other hand we also did the cooking class and LOVED it. I would absolutely do the cooking class again. We even remade some of the things from the class at home.
Waste of money. there wasn’t much individual cooking done. Main dish was inedible - chewiest steak I ever had. Ingredients were completely inauthentic and as cheap as possible. Customer service didn’t seem to care. It’s not worth it.

From the very beginning, Amanda has been the most attentive and helpful when it came to our event. I cannot even begin to express the amount of questions and emails that I had sent to her in the course of 6 months. She returned each one quickly and kept all of the tiny details of our day organized. There were things that she brought up on responses that I forgot that I even asked for! I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Amanda was on the day of our wedding! We didn't have a DJ and had one of our guests lined up to play our music. Amanda stepped up and played our many different songs (ceremony music, parent dances, ect.) so that our guest could enjoy herself! We are both vegetarian, and she ensured that we had a giant plate of vegetarian options delivered to our sweetheart table. If you are looking to work with a venue that is attentive and wants to make your day special for you, reach out to Hudson Table and work with Amanda! Chef Guillermo was able to accommodate our menu requests and knocked our menu out of the park! The one thing that we received feedback on from every guest was how amazing the food was. We had guests tell us that this is the best meal that they have ever had - period! Our food was possibly my favorite thing about our wedding night. The staff at Hudson Table was so overwhelmingly attentive and helpful, I cannot say enough good things about this location! If you want to host a private event here and you are hesitate - do it. It was the best choice that I could have ever made.

Hudson Table delivers YET AGAIN! This is the 2nd party I’ve hosted here and the 5th in my family overall, which should tell you everything you need to know. It was the first on the rooftop, which I highly recommend.
The team, led by Amanda, was great to work with from beginning to end. From custom menu planning with multiple iterations, to managing numerous outside vendors and their requirements, to preparing for an outdoor event during peak summer heat, to answering our many questions along the way, Amanda and team were all over it! Day of execution was also on point!

What a great way to spend a fun evening in bustling Hoboken! A Night In Italy Hands-On was led by Chef Andrew Lukanic, who explained how to properly use a knife, how to prepare pasta dough and overall kitchen safety. He was very personable and humorous and everyone in the group enjoyed learning from him.
We split up into groups of 4, working at separate tables outfitted with all the ingredients and items we needed to make the dinner items. Chef Andrew came around to make sure everyone was doing ok and helped where needed.
Hudson Table's kitchen has enough room to prep and cook the items we worked on. The place is BYOB with a nearby parking garage next to Trader Joe's, located 5 minutes walking from here.
It was fun to learn new things and we made an amazing chicken saltimbocca, papardelle from scratch, bolognese sauce, tiramisu and the appetizer was prepped by the chef in advance. Can't wait to return for another fun night learning to make a different type of cuisine.
Highly recommend Hudson Table - it's great for a larger group or just a nice evening out with your friend or partner.
