My fiancé and I went for a fun date night during the week and it did not disappoint. Chefs Bob, Dre, and Justin did an amazing job!
They were extremely helpful, funny, and great at getting everyone involved. The food was delicious… I’ve never had such amazing pasta! Chef Bob and team are super talented at what they do. Can’t recommend this place enough - even went home with left overs
Had dinner on the rooftop this week. The ragu cavatelli was excellent and the chicken pot pie was just as good. We ended with the apple cobbler for dessert and it was perfect. If you're going to the rooftop, the entrance is a little hard to find (it's on 15th) but the food and atmosphere more than made up for it. 5 Stars
Absolutely incredible experience !
I have been wanting to go to Hudson Table for the longest time ; and it did not disappoint . The food was spectacular , creative , and plentiful ; but beyond the delicious food , watching such talented chefs compete live added such great energy to the evening . I can’t wait to go back again
We had a private chef’s competition dinner and it was absolutely amazing! It is a one of a kind experience you can’t get anywhere else. The process was super easy from booking to planning the event. Everyone we interacted with were so kind and helpful. Our chefs made phenomenal and interesting food and kept our guests engaged in the process and having fun! Every one of our guests were blown away and can’t wait to plan another event there. Thank you so much for a truly incredible night!!
Been there several times with friends and family. Always a great time and the food is beyond. My nephew who lives in Hoboken has enjoyed bringing friends there! The best!
My husband and I went to here for our anniversary and had the best time. We did the 5-course prix fixe dinner on the rooftop and everything was amazing. Every course was something I probably wouldn’t have ordered on my own, but it ended up being so good and such a fun way to try new things!
The rooftop setup was beautiful, they had a live musician playing which made the whole night feel really special, and the atmosphere was just great. The food, the service, and the overall experience were all incredible.
Such a perfect spot for a date night or special occasion!
A rooftop dinner instantly feels special and Hudson Table did not disappoint! Every dish was an experience. It’s intimate, relaxed, and effortlessly romantic!
Hudson Table is truly a remarkable dining experience. It is more than a restaurant...it's an interactive cooking and dining concept that is special from start to finish. You cook along with the chefs in two fully equipped kitchens or you can watch the chef cook in front of you and enjoy the meal. Another highlight is attending a Chef Competition..so very popular and amazing. I love the rooftop for an event, as I recently had a birthday there. The view of the NY skyline and of course the food were both exceptional.
Absolutely an amazing night at a pasta making class at Hudson Table,Hoboken! The staff was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. The food was delicious & my friends & I loved the hands experience.. we drank a little wine and enjoyed a few laughs while we made dinner then sat down to eat..It was great to meet other people & participate in creating our meal..I will definitely be back!!
Had an amazing time at Hudson Table for a chefs competition. We sat at the counter, got to engage with the chefs and get some extra tastings. The food from both was excellent and so hard to judge a winner. HT Staff were attentive and great to deal with making it all a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out and great food.

Love Hudson Table! Have been there for cooking classes and chefs competitions! Would highly recommend! Great food, amazing chefs, and fun all around!
Attended a 5 course dinner on the rooftop prepared by Chef Eric. Beautiful room with a lovely view. Excellent hospitality. The food was delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Will keep an eye out for more of their events. Thank you, Hudson Table.
When I saw that Hudson Table offers Chef Competition events, I knew it would be a fun option for my husband and me to check out. The format is basically like the show Chopped – two chefs (with the help of a sous chef) must prepare 3 different courses (app/entrée/dessert) using the ingredients from a mystery basket and are judged by the group. They have a certain amount of time for each round/course, and each mystery basket ingredient must only be used once over the 3 dishes. Each event is capped at 20 people – 12 seats at the counter and 8 seated at two tables behind the counter. Counter seats are only $10 more however, if the counter is sold out, it's totally fine to have a table seat. They encourage you to stand up and walk around, engaging with the chefs as they are preparing each dish. They have tasting sticks and allow you to taste sauces as they are being prepared. It's an intimate setting and it's a great way to learn about their techniques and the various ingredients. Watching them plate 20 dishes is incredible. All the food they prepared was delicious – there wasn't a bad dish. It's basically like having two full 3-course meals however you can take home any leftovers if you can't finish it all. You don't know the mystery ingredients ahead of time and they can't accommodate any allergies/preferences so that's something to keep in mind if you have allergies or are a picky eater. Our main proteins were chicken and steak so no issues there. At the end of each course, you have a score card where you rate each dish on presentation, creativity, and taste. At the end of the final round, we went around the room and told the chefs who we think should be crowned the night's winner. No getting out of telling them to their faces who was your favorite!
It was a really fun night. The hostess was great and kept everyone pumped up and made sure our carafe of water was full. Both chef Ed and Guillermo were really cool and friendly – it was great to chat with them. They are amazing chefs.
Some tips – don't be late! Don't dress too warmly especially if you are seated at the counter – it gets warm if you are near the stove burners. Bring wine – they have ice buckets for white/rosé. Book as soon as the calendar goes live if you want a counter seat. You are going to smell like oil/fried food when you leave… so ladies, don't get a fresh blowout ahead of time!
Attended a 5 course rooftop event with live music and food from Chef Eric. Food was amazing all the way from the smoked beets to the Ragu, Chicken Pot Pie and Apple Cobbler. Ambiance of the venue paired very nicely with the skyline view of Manhattan. I would definitely come back again for another event
