Hudson Table is an absolute gem for team celebrations! We recently hosted our end-of-year event there, and it exceeded every expectation. The venue is stunning—warm, inviting, and designed to spark creativity. From the moment we walked in, the Hudson Table team made us feel welcome and cared for every detail.
The service was impeccable: from the beautifully presented hors d’oeuvres and refreshing beverages to the engaging and fun Korean BBQ cooking class. It wasn’t just an event; it was an experience that brought our team together in such a unique way.
Our entire group had a fantastic time, and we left feeling inspired and connected. If you’re looking for a memorable, interactive, and well-curated experience for your team, I highly recommend Hudson Table. They truly know how to make an occasion special!

I surprised my fiance with an evening at Hudson Table for their Dumplings 101 class. We had a wonderful night!

Hudson Table is BYOB and they provide glasses for whatever you are sipping on. They also provided water and bread with a delicious pesto.

The layout of our class was 3 tables of 4. We worked with the other 2 people at our table to prepare all 4 dumplings for the evening.

Out class started out with introductions and a basic cutting demo. We cut up all the necessary ingredients, then gathered for the dumpling demo. After assembling our dumplings, it was time to cook!

Throughout the class, the chef and assistants were constantly visiting the tables, providing feedback, and assisting. They were very encouraging and reassuring! There was also pop music playing in the background.

We sat and ate family style once everything was complete. We did not end up eating our exact dumplings due to splitting into 2 tables of 6, so our group of 4 got split up. This did not affect the taste of our creations. All 4 dumplings were delicious, as well as the 3 different sauces. We even got to take our leftover filling and dumplings home to enjoy later!

I am looking forward to attending a chef's competition in the future and I would definitely come back for another class! Thank you!

What an evening! We were blown away by the entire experience. An astounding performance by every chef. We felt so spoiled to end up with a premium ingredients mystery box! Both meals provided by Chef Erin and Chef Ed were absolutely five star quality. We had many highlights, no low lights!

Cute competition but a bit pricey for ingredients like boxed potatoes, eggs, and pears but the chefs did a nice job with what they had. The highlight was the host who was entertaining and the low was sitting in the most uncomfortable metal stools that are made for children. Also, beware of the construction - had to find a way to the restaurant with all the road closures.

We hosted my sister’s baby shower at Hudson Table in Hoboken, and it was absolutely perfect! We did a pasta-making class, which everyone loved. It was interactive, delicious, and so much fun. The team was wonderful to work with from start to finish: friendly, organized, and made the whole experience easy and memorable. Couldn’t recommend it more highly for a special event. Thank you!

Truly shockingly underwhelming.

To start, we took two pounds of butter, mixed it really well with a cup of melted butter, then drizzled it with a third type of butter because apparently, there’s no such thing as too much butter. We finished it off by sprinkling a cup of sugar on top of our masterpiece. I have never in my life seen so much butter or less healthy food in one place. Truly shocking.

The main chef actually seemed to know what he was doing, but the assistants looked as if they’d been randomly pulled in from the parking lot. Nobody had any clue what we were supposed to be cooking. Each table made something different, and confusion was clearly the theme of the evening. The cheff assistants were visibly less happy to be there than I was.

Then came the grand finale: a strip steak (don’t expect anything fancier). Just one piece for two people! Naturally, it was bathed in butter, then topped with another hundred pounds of butter, just in case we’d forgotten the main ingredient of the night.

My advice? Take the $140 per person, go to a fancy restaurant, and enjoy a real steak that doesn’t come with a side of cardiac risk.
If you really want to recreate the experience at home just buy two pounds of butter and bon appétit! 🧈😅

Amazing time here! We did the Live Chef Competition for Brunch and were very pleased with the experience. This is BYOB (no hard liquor) and so we brought some wine and had a great time chatting with the chefs and living out our food network dreams of judging a cooking competition.

YOUR DRIVER ALMOST DROVE ME OFF THE ROAD. Driving extenly dangerous while I have my CHILD in the car! I guess I wasn't going fast enough (driving speed limit 25 on a residential street) YOUR DRIVER ON 10/16/25 at 3:48 in hackensack NJ lisence plate XRP-N30 decided to drive in the opposite direction to cut me off and while there was cars coming in the opposite direct your driver then CUT me off causing me to SLAM ON MY BRAKES. If you hire drivers who are irresponsible and able to put OTHERS LIVES AT RISK that speaks VOLUMES FOR WHAT TYPE OF BUISNESS THIS IS. Unexpectable!!!!!!

I recently hosted a 40 person engagement party at Hudson Table's newly renovated rooftop space. Everything was fantastic including the fully custom menu, their event planning team, the space itself, and the staff on site the day of my event. I wouldn't hesitate to throw another private event here!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a private Chef Competition event here, and the overall experience was outstanding. Every member of the team was exceptional and thoughtful from start to finish. The planning team was incredibly engaged and made the whole process feel effortless. The competition team — with Chef Erin and Chef Tom — infused creativity and care into every beautifully prepared, delicious dish. Our hostess, Allison, was wonderful and attentive, ensuring everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. Heartfelt thanks to the entire stellar team for creating such a joyful, creative, and truly memorable celebration to mark this special orbit that I’ll always cherish.

Came to Hudson Table for a work event. We did a private cooking class (A Night in Italy) with Chef Angie and her crew. Chef Angie was terrific: very personable and humorous, with great instructions. I recommend a private cooking class to anyone looking to have a fun time with a group of friends or coworkers. Not to mention, the food was amazing. I can't wait to go back.
