It was such an incredible experience. Some of the best food I've ever had, cooked by some of the coolest chefs I've gotten to talk to! It truly was a fantastic experience and I think everyone should come to this place!
Bob’s pasta cooking class in Hookben, NJ was absolutely fantastic! Bob was patient and made the whole experience fun and easy to follow. His sous chefs were amazing, super helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. The food we made was delicious — truly some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Overall, a 10/10 experience! I’ve already booked my spot for next month and can’t wait to go back.
Had a great time with Chef Bob and his team doing the Korean BBQ class. It was a blast!
Thank you Chef!
We hosted a corporate event for about 20 employees and had an amazing experience. We can't wait to host our next event at Hudson Table. Special shout out to our chefs Brandon, Tyrone, Manny, and Tom. They were awesome and made our event even more fun.
Loved it ! I felt like I was on that show chopped. The front row seats Watching the two chefs seamlessly, putting together these meals in record time was sensational to watch. Amazing experience
I’ve been to Hudson Table several times for cooking classes which have been great, but I hosted a private event this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic!! We did a lunch birthday party for my daughter, and the food was delicious and plentiful, the chefs were so talented, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus it’s BYOB! All of the planning was seamless and we created a custom menu with ability to revise until it was perfect. We were able to set up for an hour before, hold the 3 hour event, and have 30 minutes to break down. And went home with lots of to go food. It was such a memorable experience for the guests and they all raved about how fun and delicious everything was, especially on a hot summer day it was cold inside and private for our celebration. Highly recommend, and hope to do another private event again soon!!
Had a wonderful time! The class was engaging and all the chefs were super helpful! The dumplings were also delicious to eat at the end!
Had a fantastic time with friends here for a Korean BBQ night! Chef Bob is incredible and hilarious. Definitely considering becoming a VIP member
Follow-Up Complaint Regarding Mishandling of Gift Voucher and Unprofessional Response
Dear Hudson Table Management,
I am following up to formally express my concern regarding a $180 gift voucher that my wife and I originally received several years ago. At the time, we attempted to book a class in early 2020, but due to the pandemic, the event was canceled. We were then reassured—via both email and phone conversations—that the value of our purchase would remain valid indefinitely and that we could rebook once conditions normalized. We were never advised of a strict expiration timeline, and we were told the voucher could be used “at any time.”
Over the past few years, our lives became understandably busy—raising two children, relocating, and dealing with the long-term impact of COVID. This summer, we finally made time to revisit Hudson Table and redeem what we believed was still an active credit. To our surprise, we were informed that the voucher was no longer valid, and that the one-year grace period to rebook had long passed.
This directly contradicts the original guidance we received, which led us to believe there was no urgency to redeem the voucher. Had we been informed otherwise, we would have taken the appropriate action to use it within the specified window.
Furthermore, when I reached out to discuss the situation and requested some form of accommodation, I was met with an unnecessarily dismissive and condescending tone. Instead of engaging with my concern in good faith, your team responded by correcting my grammar and essentially blaming us for the delay, despite years of previous contact and confirmation of voucher validity.
Update in response to your message below:
The message we received from your team reads:
“Unfortunately, this is on you… 4 years as you can probably one day agree, is a bit excessive… We don’t appreciate you calling us a ‘crooks bunch of crooks’ but we wish you the best of luck.”
While I regret the use of strong language in a moment of frustration, your response was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the issue respectfully, your focus was on deflecting blame and correcting my grammar, which is both inappropriate and unhelpful. The core of my concern remains: your staff explicitly stated that the voucher had no expiration, and that it would remain usable due to the pandemic-related cancellation. That commitment was not honored.
I respectfully ask that you reconsider this matter and offer a fair resolution. At minimum, a credit in the amount of $180 to be used toward a future event would reflect good customer service and accountability.
I hosted my 30th birthday party at Hudson Table Hoboken on 11/30 with 36 people and received so many messages today about how amazing the food was!! Chef Alexis and everyone in the kitchen did an outstanding job, and the staff assisting with the event were attentive and exceptional. The entire experience was top notch!! I will definitely be back, whether it's for another event I host or for a cooking class.

Attended an engagement party here. The place was a nice small intimate venue. The open kitchen on the floor was impressive to watch. The food was incredible! Hoping to come here again for a cooking class
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ... I brought my boyfriend here for s surprise date night and to our surprise, there was hair in almost every component we were given to cook with. To start, there was an eye lash in our bean sauce. The mascarpone had a full length of hair binded into the cream that we noticed at first glance, so it was clear that whomever put this out simply ignored it. We decided to continue and not make a big deal but we did point it out and the chef switched it for a new one. The icing on the cake was when we moved to make the chicken ... We fully seasoned and covered in flower, seared the chicken, and as soon as we flipped it, another long full grown piece of hair was in glistening on our cooked chicken. So the hair was clearly embedded into the flour that was provided. Personally, I enjoy cooking and thought this would be. great experience to involve my boyfriend into my world and this was just a poor experience and very unsanitary. There is no reason that we had hair in 3 different components of our food and zero compensation or apologies were issued. We were asked if we'd like a cold beverage on the house ... would NOT recommend!
Had a baby shower for my daughter in their event space in Hoboken and was perfect. Kayla helped arrange everything and went far and beyond making it a success. I highly recommend the place with Kayla helping!
I had my Baby Shower this past weekend at Hudson Table Hoboken and it was an incredible day! We worked with Amanda for all planning who was so helpful with all of our questions and details as we approached the day of our event. We were able to completely customize our menu, which is such a unique offering for an event like this. The food the day of the shower was incredible and all of our guests were raving about it all! The day of the shower was perfect and the staff was so extremely helpful and attentive! Would highly recommend having an event here- we had the best experience!

It was amazing - food, decor and staff were outstanding. Amanda was our primary contact and she was responsive, professional and answered all communication in a timely manner. Chef Sam created a fantastic menu and we worked together to achieve our ultimate brunch/lunch.
Our guests are still talking about how great the venue was!
I would recommend Hudson Table to anyone planning a small event.
