I received a wrong order when I placed my order for delivery. I called the store about this multiple times and I spoke to Annika who was very rude. She proceeded to hang up on me and say “there is nothing we can do for you.” She needs to be reprimanded and reevaluate why she works in customer service. Luckily Palo and Adrian were able to clarify the situation.
i came here after craving insomia for so long . i’ve gone to another location but this one was closer to my house. i ordered a brownie with ice cream , i asked the employee if the brownie came heated up and i was told that it was. after serving me my ice cream with brownie , i tried eating and i couldn’t even bite into my brownie with how hard it was , and it wasn’t even warm like i was told it was. so i went back and asked for a fresh brownie. the lady proceeded to poke every brownie u til she found one that she thought was soft. i asked for a refund and left. never again will i go , customer service was horrible , she didn’t even try to help me to keep my service.

I went in today to get some cookies with a friend, and while the cookies were pretty good, the girl at the front was very rude to my friend when we tried to order, i dont understand why no one from management addresses the rude staff at this location, especially since other reviews also complain about the staff here, i understand customers can be hard to deal with since i work in food service as well, but my friend wasnt rude at all, and was understanding that they were out of some cookies, too.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Insomnia Cookies in Hoboken that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and when I arrived, I was met with incredibly rude staff. To make matters worse, there were no cookies ready despite the app indicating that my order was prepared.
I attempted to reorder for delivery through Uber Eats, but the tracking information was nonexistent, and my order never arrived. After reaching out to Uber for a refund, I was left disappointed as they couldn’t help, and the store didn’t offer any assistance either.
This experience was disappointing, to say the least. I won’t be returning to this establishment. It seems like they need to either improve their service or reconsider their staffing. Overall, I recommend looking elsewhere for your late-night cookie cravings.

I was with my friend and got treated like we were nothing she throw her water on the counter and my friend said do you guys have chocolate chip cookie, she said no with a big attitude then my friend asked about brownie and she said yes and that is when my friend said why she mad to me and then she said im going to give you a refund and said she the manager

Not sure why I continue to order from Insomnia. I guess it is the only late night cookie delivery service nearby. But out of last 10 orders, 7 times has been an issue whether missing a part of order, delivered to wrong apartment, or over an hour late. Good cookies, terrible service. I’m done.
so I love insomnia, I went all the time when I was in college in NYC so I was excited to go today. I drove there in time to make the 11 AM opening and they were closed so I would 20 minutes and they were still closed. I had to be somewhere at 1 so I couldn’t stay and wait but I’m just frustrated. I mean if you say you’re gonna open at 11… I don’t wanna be a Karen but I drove 40 minutes just for the place to be closed.

I was overcharged for 2 cookies with ice cream. They should have been $8 each but the cashier rung me up at $18.98 which seemed odd to me. They told me the board was out of date but it matches the website. Super annoying and unprofessional It’s only about $2 difference but $8 was really the maximum I was willing to pay for dessert.
