Spent $30 on six cookies and it was a complete letdown. A few arrived broken, and the rest literally crumbled apart the second you touched them. They were flat, dry, and mediocre at best. For the price, I expected bakery quality, not something that looks and holds together worse than a cheap grocery cookie.
I can’t believe this is what they’re comfortable selling as “cookies.” Save your money.

Ordered over the internet. Never got the order. Called the Hoboken bakery and the person who answered the phone was nasty about 2 mins into the conversation. She refused to take my order number, repeated that she did not have my order, and told me to call corporate. YUCK.

I was hoping to send the Brookie made with Snickers for a team meeting, and the store manager, Paulo, went above and beyond trying to help. Even though their store was sold out, he took the time to call a few other locations to see if he could find the product. Outstanding customer service and genuine effort — much appreciated!

This place sucks. I have tried to order from them twice on uber eats and eats each time I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes with no order and had to cancel and beg for a refund.
Do not order from this place. It is very poorly run.
