I was hoping to send the Brookie made with Snickers for a team meeting, and the store manager, Paulo, went above and beyond trying to help. Even though their store was sold out, he took the time to call a few other locations to see if he could find the product. Outstanding customer service and genuine effort — much appreciated!

Best cookie places in New Jersey, I have been all of them since I am a brownie addict,but for sure this one has better taste than all of them. Blondiee and Chocolate chunk is my favorite. Special thanks to MELISSA and LUIS for being friendly and helping me about the menu, definitely will be back again.

My friend and I recently visited Insomnia Cookies for the first time, but when we got there, they were out of stock for everything. I wanted a simple plain chocolate chip cookie, but the worker said they didn't have anything. My other friend wanted a birthday cake cookie, but they didn't have that either.
