Every time I order delivery from this location they get the order completely wrong. It’s as if they don’t even look at your order slip. If you’re looking forward to eating a sandwich and want to get what you asked for… I would go elsewhere.
EDIT: After reaching out to customer service they apologized and resolved the issue. I appreciate their willingness to make customers happy.

Not sure if private equity already changed their policies but my wife and I were served several day old wheat bread. It was as hard as a brick and in no way were the employees unaware, as they had to cut into it. Ended up throwing most of the sandwich away. Zero desire to go back after being a regular for years.

I’ve been to plenty of Jersey Mike’s locations, and the Hoboken location is by far the worst in terms of sandwich quality. Every time I’ve ordered here—three or four times over the past couple of years—the subs have been ridiculously skimpy on meats and toppings, about half the size of what you’d get at any other location. It’s baffling how they consistently shortchange customers in this regard.
I have nearly 2,000 Shore Rewards Points, enough for almost 30 free Giant sandwiches, and I’ve visited many Jersey Mike’s locations throughout New Jersey, so I know what to expect. If I’m paying full price, I expect the same quality and portion size as other Jersey Mike’s locations, but this one always disappoints. Save your money and go to another location that doesn’t skimp on ingredients.
*** EDIT - I recommend this store take a ride down to the Freehold, NJ location on Rt. 9 to watch exactly how they make their sandwiches. Night and day difference.

This was a confusing experience because the sub I got had potential but for a tuna sub it had barely a teaspoon of tuna spread as thinly as you would butter and a mountain of lettuce and banana peppers… I don’t think I have ever gotten a sandwich that had that little of a main ingredients from anywhere. This made Chipotle portions seem generous... Overall, just felt like a rip off getting almost no tuna on a tuna sub…

The personnel in the Hoboken shop appears to change frequently. Went to the shop today and ordered no.13 reg size sandwich. I paid $12.26 for it. When I got home I found that most of the items that is supposed to be on that sandwich were missing. Very disappointing.

This place has fallen off dramatically in the last month, not sure if they have new owners or workers. The last 3 orders have been completely incorrect. Wrong bread, meats and toppings. It’s almost as if they are making up their own sandwiches and not even attempting to read the order.

Two subs ordered, delivered, fine. Noticed disappointing reduced sizes ant meat portions. Finished dinner and was watching tv and saw a commercial for JMikes. There wasn’t much in common between the two. What I saw on the commercial and what I received weren’t even close. This is Avery bad way to operate. Didn’t subway lose a lawsuit over something like this.
Ordered online on the evening of 12/19/2024 and got my order wrong. Received wraps instead of sandwiches, it seemed like the staff was all making wraps so they might have ran out of bread for the night. They could of just notified the people for substitutions I wouldn't have had a problem and advised them to make the wraps differently without wet condiments. Instead I got two sopping wet wraps, could have been avoided by communication, would not order ahead or get delivery from this location moving forward.
