The service was terrible. The speakers were very loud and I had to scream and tell them the order. The guy was very rude and unhelpful. The most disgusting thing that happened was that while I was waiting for the sub to be made, there was a fly that sat on the lettuce, tomato and the bread for my order. When I told him that he asked if I wanted to change the bread to which I replied no thanks I'll cancel the order instead. But instead of throwing the bread away, he put it on someone else's order ? ? Never going back again.

It was a warm Monday morning in late July in 1994. I can back from working at the Oil Rig in Newark and really wanted a nice close Italian sandwich. Then out of nowhere Victor Rosario pulled up with a plate and at that moment I knew that this Jersey Mikes was special.
They really need to work out the timing of making orders better. Time to order to in my hand was 35 minutes when i was quoted 15. My hot sandwich was ready 15 minutes before my cold one and by the time I could sit down to eat it it was cold. Doesn’t seem like theres enough staff working to handle their work load

Today is Wednesday may 8th. At approximately 4:56 I made online order got my order around 5:30. Cuz coming from far. Whoever was working the lady and she had her son. Horrible food!!!! I usually drive 30 mins just to come to this particular Mike sub. Horrible today. My food was nasty, very sloppy, disrespectful. What happened to black guy with dreds? They made my food good. Anyway sloppy horrible food

Horrible. I used to work at Jersey Mikes in 2006, and this location pales in comparison. The quality control is poor and it makes a meteoric difference. The bread wasnt fresh. And theres no excuse there. You dont serve the bread from 5 hours ago. It should be baked throughout the day. 2nd my order was wrong . I asked for mayo, no oil and vinegar. And i get no mayo. And liquids. Horrible. Barely any meat. Dry roast beef. Every facet of my sandwich was a fail. 25 bucks a rip off. Not the Jersey Mikes i remember.

Whomever made sandwiches today did not do a good job. Both sandwiches were dry and barely had mayo and vinegar. Also, the wheat bread wasn't fresh and tasted old. Honestly it makes a difference on who makes your sandwich because it doesn't come out the same. I've ordered before and had no issues, sandwich is usually good, but today I'm not satisfied with my order. Doubt I'll order here again.
