I enjoy their rotating menu options.
Employee at the sandwich counter was rude and unprofessional. Tried to give me a tiny little piece of bread for a regular size sandwich. Tried to skimp out on ingredients. Would not recommend.

I love Mike's subs, but this location is so tragic. Service is terrible, they skim out on meat, and the quality in this location is lackluster.
Very rude and lame service, just making me wait for no reason and wait for their chatting to end to be attended and have a rude attitude towards attending

I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw the most recent review from a current employee. When I walked into the store I could tell that it was slightly busy. Totally understand how crazy food service can be as I used to be in the industry myself but these workers were all extremely rude.
I asked a simple question that was just to confirm something I was confused about (the sizes of the sandwich). To which I was given an attitude after because I couldn’t hear what the worker said.
Then a delivery driver walked into the store and asked if his order was ready for pickup which the employee returned a snark comment “to stop asking him and if he had a problem that he could put a apron on himself and do it himself”. Again understanding dinner rushes can get extremely stressful but these three workers tonight were absolutely rude to everyone who walked in.

Customer service was 10/10, could not ask for better service, saw them defend the door from a vicious uber driver. Dennis and Yamir put him in his place, it was crazy.

What an awful experience I had at the Hoboken location tonight at 7:30 pm! I was not greeted upon arrival to pick up my order, but ignored. When I inquired, I was given an attitude, as was the customer next to me and the deliver man behind me. Of course to make things worse, my order was incorrect when I got home. I regret giving a tip only to be treated badly. I have not walked foot into this place in at least a year and will not be returning! I’d much rather take the ride all the way to Blimpie/Sub Base in Bayonne for great quality and service.
I went there for lunch yesterday with my wife and son. We had the roast beef and provolone, the Veggie and the Classic Italian respectively.
Extremely satisfying meal. The staff managing the outlet were super helpful with suggestions for add-ons etc.
Would 100% visit again!

Shrinkflation at it finest … smaller skinnier sandwich with less meat
Every time I order delivery from this location they get the order completely wrong. It’s as if they don’t even look at your order slip. If you’re looking forward to eating a sandwich and want to get what you asked for… I would go elsewhere.
EDIT:
After reaching out to customer service they apologized and resolved the issue. I appreciate their willingness to make customers happy.
Not sure if private equity already changed their policies but my wife and I were served several day old wheat bread. It was as hard as a brick and in no way were the employees unaware, as they had to cut into it. Ended up throwing most of the sandwich away. Zero desire to go back after being a regular for years.
I’ve been to plenty of Jersey Mike’s locations, and the Hoboken location is by far the worst in terms of sandwich quality. Every time I’ve ordered here—three or four times over the past couple of years—the subs have been ridiculously skimpy on meats and toppings, about half the size of what you’d get at any other location. It’s baffling how they consistently shortchange customers in this regard.
I have nearly 2,000 Shore Rewards Points, enough for almost 30 free Giant sandwiches, and I’ve visited many Jersey Mike’s locations throughout New Jersey, so I know what to expect. If I’m paying full price, I expect the same quality and portion size as other Jersey Mike’s locations, but this one always disappoints. Save your money and go to another location that doesn’t skimp on ingredients.
*** EDIT - I recommend this store take a ride down to the Freehold, NJ location on Rt. 9 to watch exactly how they make their sandwiches. Night and day difference.
This was a confusing experience because the sub I got had potential but for a tuna sub it had barely a teaspoon of tuna spread as thinly as you would butter and a mountain of lettuce and banana peppers… I don’t think I have ever gotten a sandwich that had that little of a main ingredients from anywhere. This made Chipotle portions seem generous... Overall, just felt like a rip off getting almost no tuna on a tuna sub…
