Stepping inside or ordering from the outside, getting my hot or iced Red Eye has me set for the day!

I’m tempted to try the dog treats they have for the pups but my dog eats it before I can get a chance! 😆

I don't normally feel compelled to leave a review but I have to give this place props for being so dependable when it comes to the ideal coffee shop experience. I've been to every cafe in Hoboken and Jersey City. Tasted it all. Because I LOVE coffee. And a lot of them are really good. But I will always come back to Joey No Nuts for my favorite cup. The espresso drinks are consistently perfect. Whether it's a cortado, iced espresso (my fav) or regular brew... the balance is spot on every single time—smooth af, never bitter. (For a former barista like me, this is everything.) Kind of place where regulars are greeted by name, and newcomers feel like they’ve just found their spot. Because they're good people who want what we want, the perfect cup of Joe with a peaceful vibe. And if you're a music fan, forget it, you'll come back just to hear their collection of LPs. Worth the walk for this neighborhood staple.

When you’re by the door, you can smell the aroma of the coffee! Delicious! The coffee is so delicious! I ordered a raspberry white mocha with oatmilk and it was exactly what I needed! The place is inviting and so is the customer service. Highly recommend!

Great coffee and really nice owner. First time trying today and everything was excellent.

I had a terrible experience here. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter — honestly, one of the worst I've had. It wasn't just the drink, though — the service was equally disappointing. The staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed to be helping anyone. Overall, bad food and horrible service. I won't be coming back

The food is decent, the atmosphere not so good… There are much better places in Hoboken

Coffee was bad, rather get Starbucks over it

Cute little cafe that I stumbled upon from an allergy website. I'm allergic to nuts and this was the perfect place for me! Staff was super friendly and the vibes inside are everything. Coffee and bagel were delicious!

Wondered around Hoboken and happened upon this place. The staff here is incredibly rude, a very unpleasant experience. Worse than the staff is the coffee though. I got the honey lavender latte (my favorite flavors!) and it tasted like crushed up rosemary with cheap pancake syrup. Skip this coffee shop, plenty of awesome coffee places in the area.

If you like your coffee served with a heavy helping of politics shoved in your face go no further then Joey Is Nuts. This virtue signaling woke couple behind Joey is Nuts makes no bones about there position on topics like BLM, Trump, and the most recent trend of hating and demonizing one of Americas greatest allies in Israel. I gladly sent them an IG DM to let them know the same thing im posting here. On to the food - The one time I I tried Joey Is Nuts I found it to be severely over priced and below average tasting coffee. With TONS of other good options in Hoboken especially Yukis - I would avoid this chop shop at all costs. 1/5.
