Decided on a whim to go to Johnny Rockets in Hoboken because they were opened late.
Everything was cooked fresh and the server was the nicest. Haven’t had one in years since the Queens location closed so truly enjoyed the “ol school” atmosphere.

Divon the cheff cooked me a raw burger and he gave a attitude when i called him out for it and i had to oay fir a whole new burger dont recommend eating here at all

I've come here a few times, I decided to take sometime to write about how this place makes me feel. let me talk of this person first who greeted me, and brought food and chatted for a few shuffling moments his busy work let him. Dennis, the store manager, brought me a chicken burger, fries, a vanilla milkshake, and most importantly he did a little smiley with the ketchup on a mini plate. for somebody like me who hardly goes to diners for burgers and munch off on quick food made on an assembly line like kitchen and delivered off by people who just call you by an assigned number, this recent Johnny rockets experience was refreshing. I wanted to know its history but also chatted away with Dennis as to why he migrated to the realm of food. he has a genuine human bent and an honesty about him. the way he shuffled his attention between many orders was perfection perhaps given his long years of work. I asked if I could take a picture of him with the food which was also great with fresh ingredients , thanks Dennis .... the restaurant is a beauty and the food is real

My first time at Johnny Rockets and I loved the interior and the chill vibes! We sat there for hours talking debriefing and our waiter Dennis brought us hot chocolate 😭🫶🏼 I think this is our new spot and we’re definitely going to be back !!!!

Took the path to Hoboken with my friends to partake in Rita’s for the first time and happened to stumble upon a childhood classic diner! I haven’t been to Johnny Rockets I’m so long, so it was so comforting and nostalgic to be back. The staffs are so friendly and the food was amazing! So coming back again 🫶

Vegetarian options: Had the Impossible (plant based 🌱) burger “Smokehouse style” (without bacon 🐷 because that bacon was an individual with a face who did not want to die) and it was possibly the best Impossible burger Ive ever had anywhere‼️✅
Was there 5pm Halloween 🎃 and while my buddy Rico and I awaited our food the manager allowed me to be handing out candy to trick a treaters. That was FuN. And was amazed that adults of all ages (even some senior citizens) felt zero shame coming in for some free candy 🍬.

Exactly what I was looking for. The food is very good, also the shakes. The service is super friendly.
The setting is quite movie-like and the place is also located very close to the promenade with views of the wonderful New York Skyline.

I'll revise this review only after this store stops with the cessation of Uber Eats upon the times *they claim* it gets busy and thus pull it. It is a Monday night at 10:00 p.m. and there's no reason why Uber Eats should not be up and running right now as a platform for delivery given it's a - weeknight - at 10:00 p.m. This store often does this much to the frustration of the customers who rely on this platform to order food from there. If this isn't done with the consent of the owner of this establishment then I highly suggest that the owner takes note and takes proper action.
