Worst owner ever ! I came in to buy something they had as a picture menu on their door. I was genuinely nice but this guy decided to be very mean for no reason, giving me an attitude out of nowhere. You will loose your business if you keep having this odious attitude with your customers. I could have buy a 15$ sandwich from you, and come back almost everyday. But instead of that, you made me flee and I honestly think I will never come back.

I like to stop by for a nice fresh bagel once in a while, and regularly stop by in the afternoon to grab some Ito-En Japanese iced tea. They have a fantastic selection of drinks, great sandwiches, and decent burgers.

This place always has an issue with the orders. You either get your order with an item or ingredient missing or the online descriptions are differ than the menu on the wall in the store. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, I live right around the corner and I just can’t anymore. Sometimes if a business consistently misrepresents or messes up, it’s time to go somewhere else. Especially when you confront them and their response is “this happens sometimes”.

ordered here for the first time and was excited to try. long story short the food delivered was nothing i ordered. Im pretty sure it could have been someone elses order. But anywho, when i called to have it fixed, they really did not care, were not apologetic and blamed the driver for them giving him the wrong order. They didn't even want to fix it. so now im stuck with food i dont even want and now had to go through the trouble of finding another place to order from. c'mon really.
