This place is truly a gem and the owners were so kind and sweet. You could not ask for better customer service. The food was good as well. I ordered a hero and a blueberry muffin. I will definitely come back.

I ordered two eggs on a bagel here as part of a group order. The food was alright, but the order ended up getting temporarily lost. They found it again later after we ordered food from elsewhere, so we ended up with extra food. The breakfast sandwich was adequate, nothing too remarkable.

I like to stop by for a nice fresh bagel once in a while, and regularly stop by in the afternoon to grab some Ito-En Japanese iced tea. They have a fantastic selection of drinks, great sandwiches, and decent burgers.

This place always has an issue with the orders. You either get your order with an item or ingredient missing or the online descriptions are differ than the menu on the wall in the store. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, I live right around the corner and I just can’t anymore. Sometimes if a business consistently misrepresents or messes up, it’s time to go somewhere else. Especially when you confront them and their response is “this happens sometimes”.
ordered here for the first time and was excited to try. long story short the food delivered was nothing i ordered. Im pretty sure it could have been someone elses order. But anywho, when i called to have it fixed, they really did not care, were not apologetic and blamed the driver for them giving him the wrong order. They didn't even want to fix it. so now im stuck with food i dont even want and now had to go through the trouble of finding another place to order from. c'mon really.

This place has it's good and bad, although more bad than good unfortunately. The market itself is in disarray a lot of the time with things all over the isles. I've seen expired and spoiled food on the shelves. At this point I just don't buy anything other than some food from the counter. The hot food is usually decent, but they sometimes get the order wrong, which is very annoying. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement here.
