I was excited about coming to the hatter for brunch today. It was a minor mixup on reservations but the manager fixed it and we figured things would be alright from there. It was until it came to our service. Our waiter was hard to get a hold of. We got bare minimum on table side needs. Such as utensils, napkins and things of that nature. Our server seemed to be much more preoccupied with the 2 tables by us. The only time we really saw her is when she was checking on the other 2 tables. Even then it was hard to get her attention. Our entrees to where edible to say the least. I ordered the Fog Horn Leg Horn, which is supposed to be fried chicken, Mac and cheese, bacon and an egg on a brioche bun. The best thing on my plate was my fries. The entire thing was bland and tasteless. We also ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was the same fried cutlet as on the sandwich bland and tasteless. The waffle was dense and dry. The best thing on that plate was the fruit garnish. Needless to say we will not be coming here again.
