Hands down one of the best spots in Hoboken. The vibe here is unreal — the perfect mix between classy and fun. The moment you walk in, you feel the energy. Music on point, staff super friendly, and the whole place just feels alive.
I tried a couple of dishes and every single one was on fire. Fresh, full of flavor, and plated like they actually care. Drinks? Dangerous… in the best way. Smooth, strong, and made right in front of you with real skill.

We had such a great time at The Mad Hatter in Hoboken, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Jennah. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. She checked on us at all the right times, made great recommendations, and somehow managed to be both super friendly and incredibly efficient even while the place was busy.
