SOGGY, COLD, NOT ENOUGH PORTIONS. OVERALL DISGUSTING. never been there before today and NEVER going back.
took my pregnant wife (after recommending it to her) and grabbed her 2 falafel and 2 chicken. the sandwich is FULL of lettuce and onions, and the other is full of tabouleh and lettuce. CHICKEN WAS EXTREMELY dry and BARELY any chicken or falafel in all 4 sandwiches. wasted my time and money going all the way there from south amboy. if i wanted a lettuce sandwich i could’ve made it at home…..
the service was absolutely awful and the food is even worse. NOT slightly appealing or appetizing. extremely disappointed. here are the videos for reference.

My first Falafel , Brighton Beach, ave back in the late 60s, Pita Cusine in the village, and now Mamoun's hits the top of the times. Awesome falafel.

Good food
The falafels were good but the rice is dry and has no flavor. The salad is average, as well. Definitely NOT authentic Arabic food, thats what my fiance and I were looking for.

Ordered on Uber Eats couple of times and they really don't seem to care much I guess as they are Always always sending Cold meat so poorly packed that everything is a jumbled gooey mess by the time it reaches you. They never take care of Special Instructions. They need to just Shut down and open some Business they can do with Attention
The best food ever! Mamoun’s in Hoboken never disappoints! Their falafel is perfectly crispy, the shawarma is packed with flavor, and the hummus is always fresh and creamy. The portions are HUGE, the prices are great, and the service is fast and friendly. Whether it’s a quick bite or a late-night snack, this spot is a must-visit!

The food is excellent here and a great value. The Lentil Soup is the best. I wished they would sell a larger size. The falafel pita with pickles is so good.

I like the shawarma and the falafels However I don’t like that they put everything together if you want to enjoy the sandwich eat while seated they have few tables and have the meat using a fork 👍 the food worth it 🌺
I have not been to this place since they were at the old location on 5th and Washington street so it’s been a long time. They were good at the old location but this place went down hill. I ordered the sharwama platter and the lamb was dry and brittle. The rice was over cooked and the falafel was extremely greasy. I don’t know who would give this place more than a three star but definitely don’t recommend going there if you want a good quick bite to eat.
