The food was delicious! We ordered the crab spaghetti, the steak and frites, the short rib bao buns and the broccolini. Soooo delicious! And the Bloody Mary margarita was on point.

What a great first trip to Martha's for dinner. Loved the location near Pier 13 and nice modern vibe inside. Good friendly service all around. Had a first class expresso Martini from thr bar. I got the sausage fusilli entree which was amazing. Flavorful and the pasta was perfect. Highly recommend!

We came on Labor Day Sunday for brunch. The food and drinks were made perfectly. Short rib buns, steak frites, broccolini, crab spaghetti, and tres leches. Our toddlers enjoyed every bite. Will come back without them next time for date night

Great new restaurant on the Hoboken food scene. Had the steak frites and burger for mains. The Caesar salad and bao buns for apps. All very good! I look forward to trying more next time.
We went there last night (July 19th, 2025). This was our first time going to Martha’s and it was an incredible experience! Food and drinks were amazing; 10/10 for sure! I forgot to take pictures of our meals, but again it was an overall awesome experience. Everyone was incredibly nice to us and the music was on point (90s hits - as Millennials, we appreciated the playlist! Haha). Music wasn’t too loud, the ambiance was chill/easy to talk to anyone. It was a very clean place and beautiful inside. Here is what we had:
LOCAL BURRATA - Yummy! SHORT RIB BAO BUNS - Meat was so tender and delicious! We ordered it twice, it was that good! STEAK FRITES - Great meal portion, meat was delicious, fries were crispy and yummy side salad. GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH - Honest one of the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in Hoboken. BLUEBERRY CAKE - So good!
Now the drinks we had: GOLDEN HOUR, SUMMER NIGHTS, MEXICAN LULLABY, UNDER THE CHERRY MOON, ESPRESSO MARTINI.
