Worst McDonald's experience I've possibly ever had,, they charged me 27 cents for like 4 extra pickles, other McDonalds often give me like half a pound of pickles for free... the burger also tastes weird, and most baffingly of all, they don't have tap water?? What?? Skip it and eat like, anywhere else.

My recent visit to McDonald's was a disaster. Long queues, lack of staff, and even the cashier seemed irritated to take my order. Waited forever for cold fries and a sloppy burger. Dining area was dirty, and no one cared to fix anything. Felt like they didn't want customers there. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This used to be my favorite McDonald's location until inflated prices and smaller portions happened.
The recent renovation came out nice but still under poor management. They do not keep up with upkeep and their was NO heat on during our most recent trip; it was 30 degrees outside and everyone eating inside of this McDonald's had coats on. The bathrooms are almost always gross too and their was no hot water when washing hands. Another issue for me is that they're often out of a lot of menu items, or straight up don't have them. Specialty coffee drinks have been unavailable almost every time I have gone to this location. To be honest, I only go here when the kids insist on McDonald's as a treat.
Was here the day before new years eve about to order through the app and use the bathroom. There is a homeless situation right outside. l feel unsafe most of the time l go in there. This time the guy at the register told me they close the bathrooms at 7pm. That was really rude of him when the other guy who was telling to ask them for the keys. They should demote him for doing that.This is really absurd. I never been to any McDonald's where l was refused to use the bathroom. They should at least let the customers use the bathroom. This is Hoboken, the nicer part of town. Lots of teens and shoppers . It's really a shame that they have to do this. Will l come back here? No never... they got to do something to control the peddlers and mentally ill people. It's really disturbing, not allowed the use of the bathroom and all....l do sympathize with the homeless people, and the guy behind the counter. What a jerk.. It's so sad.....

The person who packaged my order for a take away had only put 1 apple pie instead of 2. It wasn’t even a big order, just 2 shakes and 1 cheeseburger. The guy at the counter was friendly though, even offered me a holder for shakes. It’d have been 5 stars.

Most ghetto McDonald I’ve ever been to. Staff hates there job. They absolutely act disgusting . Place is filled with homeless people and random people walking in to squat. Kids cursing and fighting everyday. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
Employees at this location should either be fired or get some kind of retraining. Constantly missing items. It’s getting irritating at this point. Completely unreliable for takeout

Disgusting. Employee in Pittsburgh pirates hat showed me parts of himself as a way to say they were closed, although it was 5 AM on a Saturday and according to the hours listed on the door says it's 24 hours.
