I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. Every time I come to this McDonald’s on Saturday nights, the lady working the front gives me a really nasty attitude for no reason. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a hot fudge sundae, and she handed me a cup that was less than half full. It looked like someone already ate out of it. When I asked about it, she told me “that’s how it normally comes,” even though I order this all the time and it has NEVER looked like that. I’m not paying full price for half a sundae. The service definitely needs improvement. Customers shouldn’t feel disrespected or like their order doesn’t matter. I hope management sees this and takes action, because this isn’t acceptable
