This was the worst establishment I’ve ever been in. We came in for a quick drink post dinner and were told we couldn’t have our leftovers upstairs but we could leave them at the host stand. When we come down to leave 20 minutes later, it was gone and no one wanted to claim responsibility. The manager had no respect for us and just continued to tell us their staff throws out random bags, it’s not on them. It should have been identified earlier to us and never was. I’ve never been treated by a manager of an establishment this way and I’m appalled. He did not do anything to remedy the situation and continued to blame us. I will never return and will tell no one to come here.

Went to Metropolis for a friends bday. Staff was nice but food / drinks were subpar. Mozzarella rings aren’t crispy, no cheese pull, and comes out already drenched in sauce. Scallops were tasty but too oily overall. Drinks tasted watered down

It was a split decision for many of the breakfast items we ordered. Some were excellent others were just okay. I think 4 stars is being generous.

After 1 month in Europe, we explored Hoboken via NYC& found Metropolis. My Cobb salad & chicken wrap was perfect, hot , fresh & prepared fresh!! Gabby was our server & made our lunch a fantastic experience!!
