My very specific experience was a 2-hour reserved open with pizza, and while this isn't my preferred night out, the drinks were accurate and the pizza was tasty. We had a roped off area which was cool; however the speaker and DJ were also in that area. I am not a fan of yelling every word I use and that was consistent from when the party started until I had to leave because it was just too loud.. for me. Our server, Antonio, was fantastic. I can't say enough about his service skills and humor. If we ever get back to the NYC area, we'll be back to Metropolis. We were a party of 12, it felt like it was just my wife and I, that's how personable Antonio was/is.
