Went to Metropolis for a friends bday. Staff was nice but food / drinks were subpar. Mozzarella rings aren’t crispy, no cheese pull, and comes out already drenched in sauce. Scallops were tasty but too oily overall. Drinks tasted watered down

After 1 month in Europe, we explored Hoboken via NYC& found Metropolis. My Cobb salad & chicken wrap was perfect, hot , fresh & prepared fresh!! Gabby was our server & made our lunch a fantastic experience!!

ASK FOR GABRIELA AS A SERVER. Literally going back because her service was phenomenal!!!!!!!! Also food was fire. I got the hangover burger, my sister got the salmon burger, and we got aperol/hugo spritz!
