Chicken Caesar wrap without parmesan cheese or Caesar dressing. Wut??? On no planet can you call that Caesar. It includes roasted peppers and feta and isn't bad but if you don't read the fine print you'll think they messed up the order.

Poor quality control. They sent my Thai grilled steak wrap without the Thai sauce. So I’m essentially eating a dry burrito without any flavor and ingredients that shouldn’t be in a burrito. Would give zero stars if possible

The buffalo chicken wrap was not that great I like my lettuce cold and crunchy and it was the complete opposite warm and soggy.. the steak fajita wrap was full of rice.. couldn’t even enjoy the peppers and sour cream the rice soaked everything up >:0 it can use a special sauce too

I decided to give this place a try based on generous ratings on a food delivery app. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap.
As I write this review, I am violently sick and it is my second day out sick from work. I got food poisoning 5 hours after I ate here. Couple of doctor visits later, it turns out I have developed a severe bacterial infection. To add insult to injury,taste here is at par with any deli on your block. Search for food poisoning in reviews and stay away.

I used to go to Mr Wraps regularly. Thought I’d order a healthy grilled chicken wrap this time. I ended up violently ill with food poisoning. I read the google reviews and saw there is a history of food borne illness. Will not go back until I hear of real change in the way they handle food.
