Authentic flavors in the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen I tried, super happy with the choice. They have a good variety of ramens available and the service time was around 5 minutes, and they never let you finish your water even halfway before coming and filling it up👌 Two small comments:
- I couldn't tell first if the restaurant is open or not, there are some equipment lying around next to the entrance in the building, which suggested it goest through remodeling—but I...

My family’s #1 favorite ramen spot - and we’ve tried all of them in Hoboken. Music selection is incongruous and out of place though. It doesn’t match the environment; just saying.
