Napoli's Pizzeria & Restaurant

Cancelled my order because they stated I was outside the delivery area. I looked it up and it’s a 13 minute drive from my location. I don’t believe that’s too far. Why does the store offer delivery and come up as an option then? Hire more staff if that’s the issue.

NOTE FOR DELIVERY - when ordering off the kids menu, they DO NOT include the kids drink that’s “included” in the menu. I learned this the very hard way with an ANGRY toddler. When dining in, it’s a great place for a family dinner as it’s no frills. In the winter, their front door can’t seem to keep the cold out despite max efforts so be sure to bundle up when planning to dine in. This doesn’t stop us from frequent Friday night family dinners. They penne vodka is unreal, and I suggest getting the chicken parm sliders with vodka sauce..top notch. Don’t think I had anything here that I didn’t like honestly. And the BYOB option can’t be beat.

Truly beautiful family owned staff. Charming corner venue with full restrooms, tables tops, and great natural sunlight I’m sure during the day.
Pizzas and food all looked exquisitely delicious!

Timing of ordering and tabling were great, diverse diet options and a pizza caddy of all the pizza seasonings you can desire plus hand sanitizer.

Please do not get delivery from here. The third party Uber Eats app estimates half an hour to an hour. 1.5 hours later, the food is still not here. It is because the restaurant has their own workers deliver, instead of using Uber’s delivery system.

When I call them, they say that weekend delivery times take 1.5-2 hours. If I had known, I would’ve just gone to pick this up myself. The pickup would’ve been ~10 minutes there and back if I had gone myself. This was a simple lasagna and beverage order.

They also said they could not do anything about the delivery time delay. Maybe don’t do delivery with Uber Eats if your own workers can’t guarantee the Uber Eats delivery time…?? Or use the Uber Eats delivery system??

Also, not the driver’s fault at all. This seems a restaurant delivery mismanagement to me. I cannot believe they told me that weekend delivery for 0.3 miles was 1.5-2 hours.

Ordered chicken fingers and fries for my daughter. She said she’s had them from there before. My first issue is that I was charged $15+ for chicken fingers and fries.

My second issue is that I knew something was wrong when I picked up the bag. It didn’t weigh anything. Remember I just paid $15+ for it so I’m at least expecting the plate to have some weight. I open the plate and there were about 20 fries in total. Not saying I want the bag but come on.

Third issue is that the container retained moisture causing the bottom of the food to get soggy.

One time is enough, over priced

Do not order buffalo chicken pizza, buffalo sauce is not spicy and the chicken is not breaded fried, it is grilled. Not good

Based on my first experience ordering delivery: Ordered online at 6:40PM, called right away to confirm the big order, I was told 1hr to delivery, 8 PM we were told our order was out for delivery; many other calls between; 8:50 PM delivery person arrived sweating as he was clearly not being able to handle all deliveries on time (not his fault) - restaurant should not have taken our order if they could not delivery on time. Pizzas and others came COLD of course, and even after re-heating it did not taste any good or better then Dominos. Very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend to order for delivery; and the marguerita pizza was very poorly done.
I will pass on future.

Very good pizza with a thin, crisp crust. The two of us couldn't eat the largest pizza option so we took it away ;)
The pub itself is very atmospheric, with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an evening out with friends or a date ❤️
Additionally, the price for the quality and portion size is really satisfactory :)

The pizza is actually good but it’s a shame because the customer service is horrible. I visit here frequently in person but this was the first time I ordered for pick up. The lady on the phone placed me on hold immediately which is fine I understand the place can be busy. I got hung up on after waiting for 5 minutes. I called again and the same lady Mariela answered and immediately put me on hold again when again the call was hung up. I called a third time as my final try because I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt and this before anyone could put me on hold I voiced what happened and that I had been hung up on twice, I was then transferred without any response and a man answered the phone, I told him the same thing that I was hung up on twice and would like to place an order and appreciate if I wasn’t hung up on for a third time. He replied very rudely and stated there was only 1 person working tonight and never apologized at all, he said when there’s too many orders at once the calls get hung up on so apparently that’s normal and justified behavior at this establishment. The pizza is good but again we’re in Hoboken and there’s good pizza everywhere and though I was a regular before, I will never return to Napolis again because the pizza isn’t good enough to justify this. I understand that they’re understaffed and that is awful for the employees who deserve better, but yelling at customers and hanging up on them is not the way to manage things. It’s a such a shame that they don’t seem to care or value their customers at all.

Best place for Italian dinner with family
Best in atmosphere sometimes calm and sometimes noisy depends on other customers.
My family prefers vegetarian options hence we had Calzone, Tomato Basil pizza and Cajun Cream Sauce pasta

Chicken cutlet was extremely dry and overcooked. Seafood pasta was just ok-marinara was very salty and acidic. To top it off, staff isn’t the friendliest here. Not huge deal but definitely won’t be returning because of that. ?
