What a great pizza place this was. We only grabbed a takeout on the way home from a fun day out but the restaurant really looked like a nice place to be and would have loved to have been able to eat in. The team took great care of creating a pizza for our family and were very accommodating and engaging. The pizza was excellent!! Really loved it!

Chicken cutlet was extremely dry and overcooked. Seafood pasta was just ok-marinara was very salty and acidic. To top it off, staff isn’t the friendliest here. I was unfortunately scolded like a child by the gentleman who checked out my to-go order (Brendan?) for grabbing my food, even though I had waited to confirm that it was paid prior to leaving. Not huge deal but definitely won’t be returning because of that. ?

The real problem is the crust, texture of crust was cardboard. Asked for extra sauce and was given a tiny amount for the whole pizza. They were saved by the flavor of pepperoni, but Insufficient cheese. And rather than tasting fresh wood oven flavor it just tasted burnt in areas.The first time we walked past to try this pizza, the ambiance was chaotic so we walked out. We tried a second time for take home and will not go back, too many pizza places in Hoboken to have this kind of experience.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Napoli’s in Hoboken, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience - it was cozy and inviting, making me feel great the moment i stepped in. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that combines great food, a warm atmosphere, and outstanding service, but Napoli’s does just that. A must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience.
I am a regular here and my opinion about the restaurant has significantly changed. Today, my wife, myself, and a friend of our’s came for lunch. Upon walking in we were greeted by servers playing games and speaking loudly right by customers. After we were finally seated, and waited an additional 12 minutes to be served in an empty restaurant, our server took orders for appetizers and drinks. That was the last time we saw our server. Another waiter brought our apps. out and after another 8 minutes with no drinks we went to the counter and ordered them. After this, our table was never spoken to again- we come here for the amazing pizza and our pizza order was never taken! After a while we just got tired and took the check, but coming 10 miles to a place just for the pizza only tonever be approached to order it definitely raises questions about the training process of the staff. Seemingly service has declined :/
