Uncooked/baked bagels making it taste like raw eggs. lacked seasoning, not toasted at all. Overall pretty disappointing

Disappointing to say the least. We ordered takeout, specifically the bacon egg & cheese and sausage egg & cheese, both toasted on an everything bagel.
They did not come toasted, actually more like barely cooked. The bagel was whiter than me & doughy, more like chewing on a lightly seasoned ball of batter.
Overall, any kind of attention to detail and basic quality control over what is actually being served vs what was ordered would be nice. Also, they are trash at cutting bagels too apparently- what decent bagel place can’t get this right?

This is by far the most disgusting and worst breakfast place in all of Hoboken. Putting it lightly for that matter. Food is always prepared horribly, sandwiches are always cold, and to make things worse i have seen multiple cockroaches the size of clementines crawling on the walls. Never, ever, ever go to this place. There tons of other breakfast spots to hit just down the road. I’m disgusted. Came here on Saturday morning 11/15/25. No disrespect to the cooks, it’s an upper management problem. But when you walk into a breakfast place and see 3 mountains of breakfast meat just sitting on the grill pre cooked for multiple hours and then thrown onto a sandwich, this is the quality you are going to get. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Sad

I would give it a higher review but today when I went to eat my bagel there was WAY too much butter on it. I couldn’t even wipe it off, that’s how much butter there was! It’s almost like I ordered extra butter but I orderd a regular bagel!

I came to O'Bagel for the first time and I LOVED the Bee Sting and the Cookie Butter Cold Brew! Sohaila at the registered was incredibly patient with me as I had no idea what to order and gave me a great recommendation! I would come back again not just for the food, but also because of the amazing staff!

Not only did I receive the wrong order in the bag, I was given a bagel that was not gluten free to which I have an allergy. No one answered the phones to remedy the situation

Amazing bagels, my favorites, good size and the flavor is traditional delicious. Also they have seasonal flavors. The bagel itself whort the calories. Is fast and they follow your instructions about ingredients. I like that they are fresh delicious bagels and not huge. We only has a bad experience when orde through a delivery app but they sent again the order, even when nobody knew who made the mistake, they took responsibility. Love this place.

This place is awful, ordered online through Uber eats. Didn’t get my food and was still charged for it, terrible experience will never EVER get this again. Tried contacting the store and driver but to no avail
Great Bagels and Yummy Breakfast Sangwiches! Can't wait to try one of their jumbo bagel sangwiches . Very friendly, accomodating, staff. Owning your own business is truly a labor of love. Love supporting small, local businesses, will definitely be back!

4 coffees were great and correct. Only got 3 of the 4 sandwiches and none of them correct…obviously got someone else’s bagels. We had the right bag and receipt. So, the moral here is to check your bag before you leave. My bagel was ok but it wasn’t what I ordered. Will probably try a different place next time.

Their quality has gone down since they renovated whatever it is they ended up renovating. Their ingredients are worse and they don’t care to pay attention to details. I mean come on…look how they cut my bagel

I want to like it, but 6 out of 10 times it' sucks and today was the last straw for me. Zero consistency. Girl taking my order was lovely. I ordered BEC and it was cold. My coffee was cold as well. Today I am done.

While the bagels are really good they need to reassess their online ordering on weekend mornings when it’s busy, placed an order online said 25-30 mins, waited over 45 inside the store after arriving 30 Mins after order placed, with my 2 year old. Checked in three times and staff didn’t care. It was miserable. According to other reviews seems to be an issue.
