I’m not sure why this place is having 4.1 rating. The food is excellent. And the prices are reasonable. I order takeouts here and Okinawa is always prepping the food fast. The portions are big and very tasty. I’ve been to Japan and tried a lot of sushi around the world. This isn’t a hi-end sushi place, of course, but it’s great. Very quiet space. Not a lot of space to eat compared to other restaurants but the food is superb. No bar so it is byob and there is a liquor store in the plaza. Sushi was very good and extremely fresh.
My go to sushi spot in Hoboken! Love this place! The food is amazing, especially the Tuna Pizza! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The prices are pretty good, considering the area. There’s always seating available, which is much appreciated. Also, they have open cork, which is great!
