Otto Strada is the ultimate neighborhood gem. The Spicy kale Caesar salad, Veal Tortelloni and Truffle Tagliatelle are some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating and the service makes you feel like you’re family. There is a gap in the Hoboken culinary scene without Otto Strada. Will be first in line when they reopen.
Easily the best Italian restaurant in Hoboken. The burrata crostini with carmelized tomatoes will change your life. The perfect balance of salty, sweet, creamy, and crispy. An absolute flavor bomb, and honestly, sometimes I go just for this.
The pastas are fresh and couldn’t be more perfect. Try the linguini with red pepper pesto and goat cheese. I love getting this with salmon on top. It’s unreal.

The pasta with rosso pesto is delicious! My favorite dish amongst a menu of superstars. Staff is also lovely! Can't wait until they are back.
