I went to Panela with a friend, and while the atmosphere was nice, the experience wasn’t the best. I ordered the ceviche de camarón and the “Mamasota” drink. Unfortunately, the drink didn’t taste that good, and the ceviche had way more corn than shrimp, which was disappointing. To make things worse, the first drink I actually wanted to order couldn’t be made because they were missing the ingredients. Hopefully, they improve on consistency and inventory.

Came here for Valentine's Day. Staff were very welcoming and food was amazing. Live DJ was a nice touch and the bathrooms downstairs were super clean. Would def recommend.

The staff didn’t even let me use the bathroom when they had a whole hour before closing. How are you going to be a bar and have no working bathrooms for a whole hour? Staff stood there telling people to go away. How are we going to consume and want to drink at this bar if you don’t even let us use the bathroom. Wouldn’t come back. Ever.

I've been here countless numbers of time and never been disappointed. Everything from the atmosphere, food, drinks and services are on point. The bathrooms are always cleaned and the managers and staff has been a great job. I wish I can remember the managers name but every time I go there she recognize me and is very attentive. She always visits the the table with a smile and comes over with great energy. Definitely recommend this location.
The only negative thing I would say is, the parking is horrible. But if you're from the area, you'll already know that.

Celebrated my 32nd birthday at Panela this past Sunday and it was excellent. Ana and Jessy were extremely friendly, accommodating, patient (we had a group of 18) and attentive. The food and atmosphere was great. Went with the bottomless mimosa option and they made sure the drinks kept flowing. Highly recommend this place whether it be a date night, going out for drinks with friends, or celebrating a special occasion with a large group of people. Thank you Panela and most importantly again Ana and Jessy for a wonderful experience

Walked in and went straight toward the bar on the back. There was a packed bar so we decided to go to the bathroom before ordering drinks. We were harassed and blocked from using the facilities because we hadn’t ordered a drink yet by rude and aggressive staff
