I was waiting with a group of friends for my food and a manager comes by yelling at us saying we need to get out if we didn’t order but we did order and we were just waiting for our food. Keep in mind my whole group is colored people so this did come off a little like racial profiling. It is just rude especially because we DID order we were just waiting for our food. Very rude.

Poor quantity compared to what we eat in the restaurant .
I ordered a delivery and they sent less quanttiy even than half of what we pay for the extra full dish.

Going to a restaurant and having to witness a fight between the workers is very unpleasant, and because of that fight, my order was delivered incomplete, and when I approached to request a change, they looked at me badly.

No available outlets for paying customers, insane when you consider the whole brand is an Internet cafe. My power went out and this Panera was a severe disappointment. This is a huge let down.

Today I order strawberry lemonade and I asked the manager do not put the ice and he answer me with attitude. No, if you want to take it with ice it’s OK if you don’t wanna take it just leave it because you don’t pay for it. You just have the sip club. They are very mean and they don’t respect the customer and he called the cops for me to leave because I try to get my juice.

I have used the app to order multiple times every time I go to pickup my order is never ready but states it’s ready on the screen and I get an email saying it’s read but it is never ready I have to want on line then explain to the cashier that I placed an order in the app and wait for them to get it. I questioned the manager and he said it’s not such a great neighborhood so they don’t leave drinks out kinda of ridiculous since the coffee is self service he also said he would leave it out but they are not responsible if someone were to take it. There is a Starbucks 3 Doors Down that leaves drinks on the counter every day for every order they receive not sure why they don’t have an issue in such a “bad neighborhood “.

This Panera location lacks in customer service . I was there previously and placed an order for a large drink . I came back later and asked to use the bathroom. Juan (Panera manager) was extremely unfriendly. He had a very unpleasant tone of voice and refused to let me use it since I didn't buy anything this time. I explained that I I already ordered something before and that I have an active unlimited beverage Panera monthly subscription which makes me a paying customer. I even provided my phone # to prove that I had it. However, Juan still refused to let me use the bathroom saying that it is only for paying customers. I believe that since my subscription is active, I am a paying customer. I couldn't believe that he would refuse me in such a simple request. It is neither compassionate from a human point of view nor business smart. I had much better luck with a near by business that didn't have any problem with me using their bathroom.

This was my first time here, and the food was delicious. The prices were also very reasonable for Hoboken. I’d love to go back and try their salads and other soups. They have warm and fresh breads and breakfast sandwiches. The staff was attentive and helpful in recommending the best options. The coffee, tea and beverages were also good.

there’s something off about this Panera location, not sure if it’s the management or the location, but now a days I rather have Panera elsewhere than come here

Very Disappointed with Panera Bread Hoboken - Cold Food & Poor Service

I had a very bad experience at the Panera Bread in Hoboken recently. I placed my order with a crew member who gave me a token, and I waited patiently. But no one ever notified me when my food was ready — they completely forgot to call my token. By the time I realized it and went to check, my food was already cold.

To make things worse, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt — one of my favorite sandwiches — and they forgot the avocado entirely. When I brought this up to the staff, they initially tried to just hand me avocado on the side. Only after insisting did they agree to reheat the sandwich, but by then, the quality and taste were completely off. It didn’t taste anything like the fresh, flavorful sandwich I usually love.

As a big fan of Panera and especially this sandwich, I left feeling very disappointed and frustrated. This location seriously needs to improve how they manage orders and customer service. Cold food and missing ingredients are unacceptable — especially for the price you pay.

Terrible Experience at Panera Bread Hoboken – Harassment & Unprofessionalism Our experience at Panera Bread in Hoboken on March 29th at 7pm was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we were harassed and rushed by a manager who showed zero professionalism and respect. He followed one of us into the restroom, demanding to know if we were going to make a purchase, despite being reassured that we were. He then mockingly responded in Spanish, questioning our intentions. Just minutes later, he approached our table again, pressuring us to order while we were actively browsing the menu. His aggressive and intrusive behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable. When confronted about his rude and unprofessional attitude, he continued to act disrespectfully. To make matters worse, he was poorly groomed and unkempt, which only added to the unpleasant experience. As a loyal Panera customer who frequently visits the Teterboro location, I can confidently say that this behavior is not reflective of the welcoming service I usually receive. The staff in Teterboro is wonderful, but the management in Hoboken was the complete opposite. Panera Bread needs to seriously address this type of behavior. No customer should feel harassed or disrespected when simply trying to enjoy a meal. I do not recommend this location unless they take immediate action to improve their staff’s professionalism.

On March 29th I went to hoboken panera bread with my family. They were waiting for me while I was going to the bathroom suddenly the manager asked me if we were ordering something in a very rude manner. My mom (67 years old) and my friend were ordering using panera bread app, but the manager was harassing and following us asking again if we were ordering something, he was very rude and unrespecfull . It was really a horrible experience . Me and my family love panera bread but this man lead us to a disgusting experience and awful memories about this location. I recommend to retraining your manager in customer service.
