I have been to this place every other day the past month, and countless times before that. The food is mouth watering, this is coming from someone who has been to more countries than holes on his body.
The staff are also very friendly and willing to accommodate reasonable requests! I love Pho Express!

Tried multiple spots in Jersey, this one stands out. Beef brisket Pho for the colder days! Usually ordering it home. Comes packed very well. You get more broth in Hoboken compared to the other ones.

Initially, the AI photos online made me uncertain about trying the food but after a friend recommended me to try Pho Express I feel silly for not going sooner! The spicy broth is so good and cleared my sinuses in the cold winter. I also recommended my friend to come who had never tried pho before and this place made her love pho just as much as I do. Great in person or to-go 5/5 stars!

Terrible experience. Ordered the BOGO on uber eats.. 90% was filled with lettuce . Just 1 strand of carrot and little chicken which didnt even smell fresh... very disappointing. Also the bahn mi bread is so small. With uber eats fees and tips each bahn mi comes to $10 each for like such a small portion almost empty. Won't order ever again...

First visit. I was really impressed with the Pho here. The broth was piping hot. The flavor was perfectly balanced. Plenty of beef and rice noodles. You order at a kiosk and edit things you don't want. I don't like bean sprouts. Generous with the lime and basil. Hard-working staff. I will return to try a traditional Bành Mí.

Ordered summer rolls with grilled chicken and got 2.5 measly pieces of boiled chicken. Asked them to remake they said no. The Bayonne location is better food service and space
