If you've got champagne taste but a beer budget, then this place is for you. Half bodega, half taco joint, this place screams Identity Crisis!, so you'll want to visit right away 06/25 lest they go out of business. No, there is no longer any half-price taco special on Tuesdays, but with prices like this, who cares? BYOB with a liquor store a few doors away, the place only has seating for 4 people maximum, so it mostly survives on take-out. The carne asada taco was delicious with large chunks of charred grilled steak, and the barbacoa was even meatier, shredded beef braised in a sauce with a hint of cinnamon. The sautéed mushroom with corn and poblano was similarly juicy and exquisite, and the fish (baja style breaded and fried swai with cabbage and Chipotle aioli and tartar sauce) also paired inventive ingredients. The orange hot sauce packed quite a punch though the green one was a bit more palatable. Tiny cups of Haagen Dazs completed our meal. Bravo! We'll be back.

Horrible place and attitude.. Asked for flour tortillas before I ordered woman at the front said yes they do have it so I said I want that.. I ordered and I asked if they were flour she said no they tacos only come in corn. So why did she say yes? Sat there for 20mins waiting for the food for her to offer my money back.

I really enjoyed my meal from this takeout restaurant. I had one steak taco and some chips and queso. It was delicious and not too pricey. The lady who worked there was nice. This is a to-go place with what looked like 1 table in case you want to dine in. It doesn't have a dining room or bar or anything like that. I would order from here again for sure.

Great place for fast affordable takeout

This spot is way underrated for the reviews it’s got—definitely deserves more stars. The burrito bowl, quesadilla, and tacos are packed to the brim with flavor and seriously good portions for the price. So glad I stumbled across this place just walking around the neighborhood!

I don’t know why I had high expectations That a bowl will be good from here, but I was proven so wrong. It literally had no flavor and gave a small thing of guacamole for almost 4 dollars worse than chipotle at this point. I was literally searching for the flavor.

Have only eaten here once, couple days after they open and a few months later. The food is tasty, but it seems like we waited a really long time. You are better off ordering for pick up or delivery for priority, walk-ins tend to be neglected, but again
, this was a while ago, so they might have changed now that they’re settled into the neighborhood for a while.

The guacamole from here is absolutely garbage. I’m not sure if they use some type of store bought or if they’re serving it spoiled with a TON of acid in it to keep it green but it’s soupy and very very acidic. It has a fizzy feel in the mouth almost like when you eat kimchi. That sour fermented sensation. The salsa is overwhelming garlicky as well. It almost tasted like a pasta sauce. The tacos were just okay but I would skip the chicken as it is very very dry. This place needs some work because idk how they think it’s okay to charge those prices for such poor quality ingredients. The fish taco was the only
Thing somewhat good tasting but it’s way too overpriced and you only get one little fish stick fried for almost $6. RIP OFF I can’t believe this place thinks this is okay. I wish I could get my money back. Do yourself a favor and please don’t give this place your hard earned money. Chipotle guac is better sheeeet TACO BELL guac is better. And the chicken isn’t as dry.

Went to Uber eats and they had 2x1 deal. I ordered nachos, taco bowls and chips. I added extra meat and beans for all plates. And just for the addition I was charged full price for all plates, so the order came out to 100 dollars. I tried cancelling the order, but the app was going to charge me $60 cancellation fee so I decided to keep the order. I have had plenty of Mexican dishes and I had never been so disappointed. The nachos were drawn in nacho cheese and were soggy and nasty, the food was bland tasteless and lacked spiced. It was as if the owner of this place is not even Mexican lol additional to that, the sour cream was not really creamy and the guacamole was going bad. I really wish I could get a refund because this most definitely was not IT.

New spot. Needs a bit more spruce up in the store designwise. Had the chorizo tacos which were delicious.
