Pair 13 Hoboken is a great place to relax and enjoy the night. The music and sound system were perfect — it set such a nice vibe all evening. The setting is beautiful, with a full view of the city that makes the whole experience feel special. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional. Great location. Prices are a little high but not unreasonable in that area. However, the bartenders automatically add on large tips when you pay electronically (and who uses cash nowadays) so be sure to look at the pad when you pay and choose, yourself, how much you want to tip. Another frustrating thing is that they rarely let anyone put up umbrellas, even if it's not windy. So, be sure to put on sunscreen and a hat if the sun bothers you.
