Not sure what are all the good reviews about. Ordered chicken tikka masala, rogan josh and kabab. Everything was tasteless. Rogan josh tasted like cardboard. Tikka masala chicken was too hard and curry was way too tangy, kababs were extreme tangy in taste. Will never order again

BEST INDIAN FOOD I EVER HAD. Wish I was closer to Hoboken so I can come here more often.
This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The menu is a perfect balance of traditional flavors and modern twists — every dish we tried was bursting with freshness and expertly spiced.
The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were crafted beautifully, complementing the food perfectly.
Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner, a night out with friends, or a special celebration, Empyrean delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine with a contemporary flair!

Hands down the best momos I’ve ever had in the US! So much flavor—uff, they were absolutely perfect. So good that I don’t enjoy momos anywhere else now.
The momo sauce was on another level and really enhanced the flavor. We also ordered noodles, paneer tacos, samosas, and chai—everything tasted amazing—but the momos completely stole the show for me.

Finally found a place that takes me to home, especially with their garlic naan and Paneer Kaju curry. They pair so well together and paneer just melts in your mouth too.
Want to come back soon and try out their non-veg as well.

Honestly, this was a pretty bad experience. We waited forever just to be acknowledged, and once we finally ordered, it felt like we were completely forgotten. No check-ins, no water refills, nothing. When the food came out, it wasn’t even hot, and at that point we were just annoyed. The worst part was that no one seemed to care, no apology, no explanation, just vibes of “oh well.” I usually love Indian food and was excited to try this place, but the service totally killed it. Probably won’t be back!

The food is great. It’s easy to see that the chef takes his craft very seriously bc the food is, again, great. Aside from that, the people/workers are polite, professional and friendly. Would recommend.

I absolutely love ordering takeout from Empryean not just because of how tasty the food is but also because of their care with the takeout packaging. You know they really care about their customers health because their food always comes in compostable non-plastic containers. It’s impossible to find any Indian restaurants that are mindful about avoiding plastics.
My staple order is steamed vegetarian momos and shaam savera curry
