Tried both the Cloud Matcha Coconut and the Cloud Espresso Coconut, sooo good! Super refreshing, light, and not sweet in a heavy way at all. The matcha one (in the pic) was smooth and just right. And the espresso one, no photo because I literally finished it before I remembered to snap a pic 😂 That should tell you how good it was.
The staff here are super friendly, and the vibe is really chill. Totally a place worth stopping by to relax with a drink.

* changing my review because after many weeks of greatness, the products and the service have been slipping. Recently, my orders of protein coffee have had big chunks in them, making them un drinkable.
(New cute coffee spot - stylish decor, limited indoor & outdoor seating on bustling Washington Street… assorted pastries are available as well as snacks including Ronnybrook yogurt and hardboiled eggs. My favorite: house made oat milk and nut milk!)

I walked in here so excited to try their coffee given it’s blown up all over tiktok and my feed. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry latte for $8.50. I get it back, excited, to taste it and it taste like your average coffee with cream and sugar. There was no taste of strawberries nor chocolate which I feel you’re supposed to taste if you’re spending almost 10 dollars on a drink. The only chocolate I got was chunks on the bottom. I ask for a refund and the manager said no because it “was made how it was supposed to be made”. Instead they offered me another drink of my choice which then I got a chai and was given a large. That tasted no better. It was completely watered down.
Oh and there was no rush in the cafe. I went at 1:30:)

Edit: the response by the person running this page is absolute insanity. Calling customers “the worst type of person”??? You can literally go on my page and see where multiple businesses were left 5 stars. Hope your business is a big flop :) I’m sick that I spent any money here.
Personally not impressed. I came mid day during the week and the place was packed. Two girls behind the counter barely keeping up between the delivery orders and the line and the place is small as it is. Took over 20 mins to get just an iced latte. The girls were apologetic but for the price and the taste I won’t return

large regular ice coffee with vanilla flavoring = $7.50. Maybe that's cold brew and not drip -- I don't know, my apologies. Regardless, the same order is about $2 cheaper over at Empire Coffee.
This would be a bit more tolerable if the service was on par -- which it wasn't. First the wait was absurdly long -- I'm talking at least 10 minutes for a coffee here -- and then the coffee I was delivered was 80%-85% half and half, a cup of milk. When the barista handed it to me and I made a funny face, she THEN realized it was missing a shot of coffee or whatever. Even when she added it, the final result was basically just caffeinated milk, not coffee.

Had the worst espresso milkshake in my life time. They didn’t even know how to do it and had to call for help. And after I told them it’s not like what I remembered (I had it once before) and they insisted and not trying to find other options to provide the services. I highly recommend try other places if you’re looking for a good milkshake.
To the staff works here: if you don’t know how to make a milkshake please don’t put it on your menu.
[updated] yes the first time when I tried it it was good so I went a second time. But the issue was the attitude of the staff when I went the second time. And also if you didn’t know how to make it just tell me and don’t make me paid and serve a bad quality product.
The coffee was fine, but I paid by credit card and somehow was put on a mailing list. I got two emails from Forum Coffee the morning after buying a latte from there. I didn't order coffee with a side of spam.
EDIT - the owner's response is not accurate. I did not give my email nor consent when buying a simple latte. Also neither of the two emails was a receipt, they were both promotional.

I got the matcha latte with almond milk and it tasted like spoiled milk. I tried to like it but no i cant it tasted so bad. My friend got the french toast latte, SO GOOD! The service was really good too. The barista was friendly. It’s just the matcha drink.
