Terrible customer service. I ordered a soup ( $9 for a small cup) and it tasted so bad I almost spit it out so asked if I’d be able to exchange it for something else and they refused saying I had contaminated it already… they basically said if a customer doesn’t like something that’s not their problem. Definitely was not a good experience at all.

It's not the same. I've been coming here for over a decade and get basically the sameShake every time. They used to make it well consistently, now it's a crap shoot. The purple haze kale chips used to be great. Now they're dry and spicy. Ever since the guy who had been there for 10 years left, it's been inconsistent. And the day Hoboken lost power? I walked up to the door not seeing the sign said closed and walked in. Everything was off, no one was there and the door was unlocked. Someone forgot to lock it! Just not run the same. Still go there in the hopes it'll be an "on" day and whoever's behind the counter will make my shake right. But employee turnover seems high these past few months so it'll likely remain inconsistent.

It’s a pricy place, but the smoothies and juices here are good. It’s become my go to place in Hoboken because their products are fresher than other similar places. There are enough good options here that I rarely get the same thing two times in a row. The rewards system is worth signing up for.
There is no such thing as a perfect place to order food from, but this place comes close. The Granola, Super Burrito, and Chia Pudding are 3 of my favorites.
