Saw an uber eats delivery driver got yelled at because they wanted to use the restroom “this is for paying customers!!!!” The server shouted rudely at the driver, he then picked up his delivery of 3 big bags for this restaurant and went on to deliver. To that lady that yelled at that young man you should be ashamed of yourself. Hope you get diaharrea one day .

I’ve tried having bowls a couple times here and both times they were good. Definitely an underrated spot. Only thing though is the chicken is a bit bland. Good value for money and larger portion food as well.

Almost $20 for a bowl w half chicken half steak, and it wasn’t even good :/ I thought Qdoba was supposed to be better than chipotle thats 🧢! Rice was overcooked and squishy, no seasoning whatsoever, and the smallest portions! And i feel nauseous, couldn’t even finish the bowl, such a disappointment!

Placed a catering order, did not receive the sternos or serving dishes. When I called to ask why, I was told I'd need to pay $20 for them to deliver them to me or come back and pick them up. The assistant manager Alberto was very kind and handled the issues, as well as the Qdoba catering line also assisted with the issue and provided me with coupons for free entrees etc.
I went again this weekend to order some pickup food, used my coupons in the app, and again, Qdoba missed the mark. They were understaffed and when I sent my husband in to get the order, they stated that it was not ready yet. Instead of working on orders as they came in, the workers decided that the line of 20 people was more important than the online orders. They refused to prepare the online orders, let them collect, and would not give my husband our order until he went to stand in the line. Once we received the order, he was missing his rice and I was missing my side of sour cream.

placed an order for ONLY a large party size bag of chips queso and guac - well after an hour of being hungover and unwell all my dreams shattered when i received a huge bag of air . I received only guac & queso — no chips . I guess i should CUT UP A JEAN JACKET to eat as chips. Thanks for waisting an hour of my life for nothing.

Very disappointing Mexican food experience. The food was poorly. The atmosphere was also not that great. Felt insecure just being there. They could probably work on the security of the place. It was just scary to be honest. There will be people standing outside asking g to buy you some food and can be very intimidating.

Never received my order, I been trying to call many times and their never responded. I made my order at 11:40 am and wait until 12:50 pm, when I checked the tracking the order said was delivered and I never received 😡
I never received my order, tried calling multiple times and no answer. They don't pick up the phone. I called the customer service number and was told by an automated message that in order to reach support I had to email them. Don't order directly from their website, big mistake.

I’ve been to many qdoba and service is exceptional. Here they’re too busy to acknowledge a customer and then rush you as if you’re a bother to them. I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged and no apologia for the long wait. While ordering my food the person putting my bowl together seemed annoyed because i paused to figure out what more I wanted .. proceeded to put half/partial scoop of food in my bowl and the lack of service wasn’t worth it. Once I paid the cashier was too busy to check me out and give me a receipt. I’m a honest person, I could’ve left there without paying. Crazy to ask for a tip with such terrible service. It’s literally a slap in my face… never again will I visit this location or refer anyone here! My actual star rating is -5!
I really like Qdoba - tastes so much fresher than Chipotle - but the Hoboken location really be soooo stingy with the items. Seriously, the lady doesn't even give a whole spoonful of anything and then gets irritated if you ask for more, like it's coming out of her own kitchen or something lol. I NEVER order delivery for this reason. The manager that's there in the day is cool though.
