Iâve ordered a couple times from them and they almost always forget the sauce now theyâve forgotten it for the third time in a row, even though I put a special note in my order to not forget the sauce. The dish is nothing without the sauce when I called to complain basically they canât do anything they donât really care And when I told them they suck they let me know that I sucked not really sure why I suck when theyâre supposed to be in the service business and this is the third time in a row. If youâre ordering and would like your food, the way you would like it and youâre paying a lot of money for it, itâs great food but just remember youâre not gonna get what you have ordered. They will screw up your order and they wonât give a crap.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my visit was really disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. The restaurant itself wasnât very clean either â the tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadnât been swept all day. Overall, this place is definitely not worth the money. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer better food, service, and atmosphere. I wonât be coming back.

$40 for this. I ordered the chicken bowl and the Umi Crunch salad (itâs supposed to have chicken). Salad is a bowl of lettuce ($15) and this is how much chicken I have in 2 meals. What a rip off. âOrdered through Grubhub so nothing can do.â

Misrepresented my door dash order. Lied sand said the order was picked up to find out 2 separate dashers came and waited for 20/30 min at a clip. Terrible customer service will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered from doordash and ubereats twice in the same week, both left me in utter disappointment. I decided to order some food for delivery from Quality Greens Kitchen on doordash. I waited FIFTY long excruciating minutes for my food only to be notified that they were just preparing my order. I recieved my food, come to find out that I have someone elseâs order!!!!! I decided to give this ârestaurantâ a second chance, so I ordered for delivery on Ubereats. I waited an HOUR for my food only to have it cancelled!!!!!! How in the hell do you mess this up!?!?! Do you know want customers !?!?! Anyways, the mac and cheese want that bad but I didnât even get what I wanted from this place + the chicken was unseasoned
