Potentially a scam masquerading as a real business. Placed an order and paid, order was accepted, but food never arrived and restaurant never picked up the phone. Even GrubHub couldn't get in contact with them. Other reviews mention the same problem- maybe using the spike in online ordering to prey on customers. Either way, never ordering again and likely reporting to 311.

Just don't. Obviously I'm only allowed 1 star but 0 would be the move if I could. Guy comes to drop off food and calls me to tell me it's in the lobby, I asked him "can you take the stairs to my apartment - it's right there" he goes "do you want the food or not?" Hahaha clearly was I confused as I've tipped this person on seamless/Grubhub already and he's acting as if he's doing me a favor by "delivering" my food, you know ... as the delivery driver. So I said "that's fine I guess I'll come get it" he goes "ya? Ya you come and get it? Ok." So the lobby host tells me this guy comes back in for the food he left and leaves with it. I have not a clue on earth what the hell this guy gained from that other than stealing from his job because of course we got the refund from seamless. I called the restaurant to find out if it was actually a seamless driver or his employee before I wrote this review - it was his personal employee who at that point wasn't answering the phone. Of course the guy answering the phones at the restaurant was confused but really seemed inundated with other priorities and I feel bad as this might reflect on him but ... it doesn't - your driver is just a nightmare and is likely costing you business. I think the other reviews speak volumes but this was quite literally the most repulsive experience I've ever had with a restaurant / delivery EVER.

Really low quality food if I am being honest. The chicken and lamb over rice was really bland. Not like the typical carts who sell it and really make it delicious. The lamb gyro was very basic and not enjoyable. The price you have to pay is just ridiculous for the quality of the food. Ordered a gallon of Poland spring water and it had such a metallic taste to it. Had to contact Grubhub for a refund because I was not paying for something like this.

Low quality deli. Not at all worth what they charge. Barely any deli meat or cheese on a sandwich. A sandwich to them is basically just bread with your chosen condiment. The deli meat was not fresh either. Very disappointing.

*Quarantine Delivery Review*I had a hankering for some lamb over rice one Saturday night so that's when my fiancé suggested Raf because he had ordered from there before, and the food came quickly. He was not wrong. We ordered at around 6 pm and it came in probably about 20 minutes or so. We ordered one lamb over rice and one chicken over rice so that we can share. He mentioned there was no combo, so that would be a nice addition to their menu in case someone doesn't want just one protein. The portions are pretty big. I actually ended up liking the chicken more, which I usually don't because in my experiences at other spots, the chicken is kind of dry. Not here though. The lamb had a good flavor but the texture was a bit mushy. I wish they included some hot sauce on the side, like 53rd and 6th. I started reading some of the reviews as I was eating, which was probably a mistake because there was one that mentioned the person found a fingernail in their food. After that, I did give my food a stink eye but luckily, I did not find anything.It seems like most of the negative reviews are regarding their fast food (aside from the fingernail incident), like philly cheesesteaks or grilled cheese. Maybe if you stick to the chicken over rice, you'll be good.
Figured I'd give it a shot. Got a gyro sandwich.. came as a wrap, and had a finger nail clipping in it. Are you kidding me?! Disgusting.

Not really sure how this qualifies as a grilled cheese and even worse cost $9.00. It's velveeta cheese barely microwaved on a sandwich roll and is cold. If you don't have regular bread then say something and don't offer grilled cheese if you aren't capable of grilling things.

I ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight. I ordered a lamb gyro wrap and b&j ice cream. The flavor ice cream I ordered, they didn't have. They were kind enough to call and ask which alternative I'd like instead of just throwing one in my bag. I appreciate that! Order arrived before delivery time which is great and order is correct. Packaged neatly. Delivery gentleman was nice too. I had a great experience with Raf deli. The gyro arrived hot and was yummy. Lamb was tender and cooked perfect. The sauce was a little on the runny side so grab napkins! :) I would order it again. The ice cream was perfectly frozen still.
