Needed a place for a rehearsal dinner and San Giuseppe was recommended by my soon-to-be new in-laws. Service & Food was great! Working with the owner was a real pleasure, what a nice guy. It was a nice evening and they even set up some tables & space heaters on the front sidewalk - just because they could!

San Giuseppe and Amy took care of our business group w a weekday buyout. The party was fantastic for 30 people and they were very attentive to our needs. Above and beyond in way of flexibility. The appetizers were fabulous!!!

We held a couple’s shower at San Giuseppe’s and we couldn’t have been happier. Joe the owner was fabulous to work with and Amy our server was friendly and wonderful. The food was plentiful and delicious. The best part besides the food was the available and free parking for our guests. We had the whole lot to ourselves.

Nothing but amazing things to stay about San Giuseppe and Joe. We had our rehearsal dinner here a few years ago, and Joe really took the time to get to know us. Every time we’ve gone back since, Joe makes sure to come over and say hi to us and check in. He’s such a hard working business owner and wants to (and does) provide top notch food and service.
From pizza to pasta and everywhere in between, we’ve loved everything we’ve had at the restaurant. Impossible to pick a favorite! Homemade burrata is massive and delicious. Not to mention he’s hand making the best mozz sticks I’ve ever had! Pasta is always perfect and sauces are flavorful. We love San Giuseppe and will always come back to support Joe.

San Giuseppe is a must-have for every bridal party. We had a large party (45 including family/partners) and needed a private space in the Jersey City/Hoboken area. As soon as we found this restaurant, all of our stress disappeared. Joe was incredibly accommodating and provided exceptional service. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Where do I begin….. the food was absolutely amazing! Between the Baratta, artisan pizza, and unique spin on our main courses, I couldn’t be happier. Besides the food, it’s extremely clean and ownership makes you feel welcome and like family. I would highly recommend stopping by, you won’t be disappointed. They have earned a customer for life.

This place has all the makings of being very good...except for the food! It has a great Italian name, it's clean, the service is excellent, the staff is nice...but, when you get right down to it, you go out to eat for the food! Chicken fingers tasted like wood, pasta with broccoli in garlic and oil (Italian staple) was tasteless. The caesar salad was reasonable. C'mon, you can do MUCH better!

Giuseppe catered my daughter’s first birthday party earlier this month and did a tremendous job. After emailing the address on their website, Giuseppe immediately called me back after work hours and thoughtfully walked my wife and I through the menu to give us suggestions on what to order based on the number of people we were expecting. I appreciated how transparent he was and he didn’t try to oversell me whatsoever. On the day of the party, the food arrived right on time and was absolutely delicious. We will definitely use them for catering again in the future!
P.S. we also order delivery from the restaurant pretty frequently and it never disappoints.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service! Joe & Mario, together with their families, have outdone themselves with this establishment. Being a BNR Hobokenite, the parking is a big deal and usually keeps us away from many places in town. At San Giuseppe there is NEVER an issue here since they have an entire parking lot to themselves in the evening hours and weekends. Perfect place for a party, too! We have celebrated MANY occasions here and we are never disappointed! Their homemade pizzas are to die for, as is anything on the menu! Also, the BYO is a huge plus! You always have what you want! My family and I highly recommend you visit Sam Giuseppe SOON!
