We went here for Valentine’s day and the service, ambiance and food were spectacular. The people we met were so kind and fun to talk to! The food was the best part, so much flavor in every bite! We will definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu! This place is a hidden gem, my new favorite persian spot!

I’m just a little disappointed and expected better. While the food itself was good, and I’m happy to support this family, and their businesses, I don’t love paying extra for a vegetable and getting only three slices of it. And on top of that, my order came with a half lime with the sticker still on it. Just puts into question what the food prep is, and whether the price is worth it in the future.

seven valleys is my favorite restaurant in all of hoboken. sometimes i go and it’s packed and sometimes i go and it’s shockingly empty. they do reservations 2 days in advance. the backyard patio is incredibly nice. inside is small but clean and nice. it’s one of those places that everyone has been meaning to go to but hasn’t. YOU SHOULD GO! we always get an appetizer and then the “medley for two” and you NEED to get the cherry rice. the grilled meats are cooked perfectly. it’s a meal that is healthy but insanely delicious. the arnold palmer is also my favorite. celiac and gluten-free friendly. BYOB.

I have never eaten in the restaurant but for delivery they do NOtT use the ordinary delivery apps (seamless/doordash) and the result is awful service. Twice I have ordered from them in the last couple months and each time it is the same : takes way too long and food comes cold. Don’t order delivery. The food is tasty but I wish it was warm and came in under an hour (I live in Hoboken so this should not be a problem).

Food was good. I took the meat plate for 2 and everything was good. Chicken was perfect. I took the rest of the meal as a takeout on a box and ate it another day. There were some service issues as the only server was a bit overwhelmed even though there wasn’t many customers (like 7-10max).
What an absolutely fantastic experience! We had such attentive care information about the menu, and incredibly delicious fresh food! I've lived in Hoboken for almost ten years and regret not coming here sooner! The service was just beyond!!! The courtyard is beautiful! We will be back!

This is the third time I've been here in two weeks and I'm so happy to have returned. I had guests from out of town who came with me and felt equally enthusiastic about Seven Valleys upon leaving. Out waiter Mezi was a delight and super skilled and the food was once again delicious. It's a cozy space exuding a warm atmosphere. There were so many choices for my vegetarian friend who wished she had a restaurant like this in California. I will keep coming back.

Incredible food. So fresh and authentic. Hummus was amazing! Try the lunch special here, I ordered the chicken with salad on the side. Don't forget to order the Persian tea pot, it comes with saffron rock sugar! We got a beautiful baklava as well.
