I have inflammatory bowel disease, so sometimes I need urgent access to the bathroom. When I asked, a server kindly gave me the code straight away without hesitation. Such a relief and an absolute lifesaver—thank you!

I visited Shake Shack in Hoboken for the first time, expecting the same delicious burgers I’ve had at every local and global location for years. However, I was disappointed to find that the burgers were incredibly salty and unbearable. I think they might have hired a newbie or perhaps the salt lid fell off, causing all the salt to pour onto the patty while seasoning it. This unfortunate incident ruined my burger craving for the foreseeable future.

It was good food. Could do without the sauce on the burger. They also forgot the crispy onions which were a paid upgrade. Ask for no sauce and no cheese, then you got a winner.

Great burgers fries and root beer floats but it's not cheap
One cashier said hello and then walked away, and the other asked for my order and then walked away. No one else was in line. Incredibly rude service. Someone needs to tell these girls they’re on the clock and work for the customers. And then they dare ask for a tip?? HA!
We had two Black Truffle 'Shroom Burgers, French Fries and a Coke. The burgers were delicious. Well presented too. Average pricing. Nice ambiance for a fast food joint. Good service. Friendly staff.

I find the burgers delicious but not crazy about their chicken sandwiches. They need more side options other than fries. Although customer service was awesome... They help me out at the kiosk the food came nice and hot to our table.
