Sirenetta is definitely one of the best spots in Hoboken! Rare to find servers so professional and attentive…. I got the linguine and clams and my friend got the New York strip. Delish. Also, it’s such a cute vibe with great music. I can’t wait to come back during the week for their $1 oysters!! Also, I need to note that I’m quite picky and so is my friend and this place definitely exceeded our expectations.

Came here on Friday night with a group and was extremely impressed by the quality of the food! We ordered several appetizers, entrees, cocktails & dessert and everything tasted fresh and was cooked well. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is such a lovely place with a warm, friendly ambience. I brought my son here on Christmas Eve, and we had a lovely time. The chocolate martinis are amazing and the wine list is very good. We started with perfectly chilled and delicious oysters and then enjoyed aranciata with crab and a lovely lobster pasta dish. The vibe is inviting for families with young children as well and there is also a nice bar for adults only. This is a great place that I will return to soon !

It's a shame I have to write this because I really enjoy the bar here. I ate dinner here on a Sunday night and had the worst dining experience in a long time. It took almost 3 hours to finish dinner + desert. The service was impossibly slow. We saw our waitress maybe once every 45 minutes. It really felt like they were ignoring the dining room and didn't care about the customers. It was also a slow evening with maybe 5 tables eating. The staff came off as difficult and unprofessional. The food was also a huge let down. Very expensive for the quality. The "crispy chicken" was awful and the $40 lobster pasta had maybe 3 small bites of lobster on it. The kicker is a 20% gratuity was built into the check. Stay for the bar but avoid dining here. The bartender has also been excellent/very friendly.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I took my brother and his girlfriend who were visiting from out of town to celebrate her birthday here, and it started the moment we sat down when our waitress clapped in our faces to get our attention. Took 30 minutes every time we wanted another drink to even see someone. Keep in mind we were one of 4 tables in there, so the restaurant was not busy. The food was horrible as well. I ordered the crispy skin chicken that was extremely bland - not at all worth $38!!!!! Halfway through our meal, the waitresses must’ve had a shift change because a new girl was all of a sudden waiting on us. However, she never introduced herself. She was also very unprofessional. We had to also remind her twice that we were celebrating a birthday. When it was time for the check she basically threw it on the table without asking if we were ready for it or that it was waiting there for us whenever we were ready. And unfortunately since we were a group of 5, 20% tip was already added to our bill which in all honesty no tip was deserved. extremely disappointed.

I’ve always been a fan of Sirenetta.. but this Saturday impressed me the most!! Our waitress was polished and professional and knew the menu like the back of her hand. The food was awesome as well. My sister and I shared the NY strip cooked medium rare.. we requested to have it popped back on the grill for a minute or two. The manager rushed over and apologized for our steak not being cooked perfectly. While our steak cooked for three more minutes he brought over complementary crab cakes with this delicious dill aioli. To say the least this restaurant knows how to do it!! So impressed with the food and overall service. 10/10 will definitely be going back.

A nice go to place for seafood and drinks. Food is high priced but if you go on Tuesdays Happy hour - oysters $1. The happy hour is all week and the happy hour cocktails are good and well priced.
Staff is very friendly, helpful. Service is very fast.
The backroom called the Backroom has a nice small bar atmostphere with classes and bands sometimes.
Great hangout place. Also good for dinner.
