This Starbucks along with the one on 3rd and Washington is amazing. The staff is so kind and always so warm and welcoming. They also wrote the cutest message on my cup that made my day last week. Thanks to this wonderful staff!

Great service, the employees are always super nice here. There are no seats or public bathroom at this location. There is a counter along the window where you can drink and take a break.

The most disgusting matcha latte I’ve had at a Starbucks. I unfortunately couldn’t go back and request a refund because I was in a hurry, but I think they’re using something other than matcha in the drink. It was not a pleasant experience and was discarded in short order - $6 down the drain 😢

Im writing this 5 star review for one employee specifically. Marcelo was amazing and was friendly with our big group (12 people to be exact.) He was the only one working in the store-managing the cash register and making drinks. He was very hardworking and he was very nice to us. You rarely meet someone who goes above and beyond while still maintaining a smile on their face. Marcelo is one of those employees.

I won’t ever be there buying coffee again. I was in a hurry catching up a train and you guys found a little bit difficult to pronounce my name so you just put it aside. Thus I have to get my drink I few minutes later until someone noticed it and me being anxious and I missed the train therefore. Go serving your “David”, “Perry” and “Bob” since there will be no us anymore.

I’m from NYC but was attending a three day training in Hoboken. I came here all three days to grab some breakfast during my first break in the morning and each time I had a great experience. I ordered a matcha latte (they were out of almond milk so I had to order oat milk but it still tasted great!) with a croissant the first day, I love their croissants they’re so buttery and good. The second and third day I got the matcha latte (I was able to order almond milk day 2&3!) with their sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich and the sandwich was so so good! The service was fast and the location was very clean. They were also collecting donations for Hoboken elementary students (pack packs, notebooks, etc.) which I love, too bad I noticed on the last day but just a heads up if you’re planning on visiting and want to donate anything.

I ordered a Venti 24 oz Vanilla Cold Brew, and this is how my coffee was served. I was in a rush and didn't have time to ask the representative about it. However, I was really disappointed to see that my cup wasn't filled up with coffee. It shows a lack of effort and attention to detail by the representative. It's unbelievable, especially considering that the location wasn't even busy.
