This morning, I came to this Starbucks location after accidentally placing my order online incorrectly. I actually wanted a Venti size, and Sam immediately helped me fix it with zero hassle. It was such an incredible experience and truly outstanding customer service. Thanks to Sam, my whole day started off so much better. I’m very grateful to Sam and to Starbucks for having such an amazing team member!

Standard Starbucks, which at first glance wasn't busy. And then you look at the board and it's filled... absolutely filled with a ton of orders for pickup. Guess I made it there before others got their orders in all at the same time, it seems, right before work in the morning... crazy list.

My cousin and I came to this location this morning after working out at the gym nearby. Alex greeted us at the register and provided excellent customer service. She made both of us laugh and has a warm and inviting presence. We hope to see her more often after going to the gym!!

I have just been to Starbucks in hoboken near the museum to order my usual coffee and for the first time the experience wasnt great. I ordered the coffee and asked to use the toilet. By the time i took the coffee it was almost cold. I didn't take more than 2 min. The place wasnt busy at all. Also my name was sooo wrong that I was even surprised. when I made a comment about the coffee and my name the guy didnt seem to care and a girl came to answer something else. In the end I have trown away the coffee and the woman told me to have a good day. I work in the food and beverage industry and Im surprised by the lack of customer service. I would recommend to give a little bit more training and also employing people who can at least understand simple names. Or not to ask anyones names. It was the first time and the last for sure in this location.

Staff is always a joy, as is the coffee. Two stars deducted for the elimination of the side sitting room. Hard to fathom Starbucks as a company couldn't have afforded that, as it wasn't large but big enough to accommodate a few tables, plus a few plush seats. Now there's only about six stools along the window, spoiling this location as a meeting or lunch place, or a substitute work spot to bring your laptop to (few, if any, outlets by those stools). It was a real loss to the neighborhood to see that room go. I still miss it.

Coffee they make it very comfortable environment with small things such as while giving coffee they say “ here you go my friend” .. some Starbucks locations they’re really mechanical, but in this location it feels like a local coffee shop ..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh my Benjamin! 🤩

Kudos to Benjamin! He absolutely made my visit extra special today. Even though it was only his first week and he’s still in training, he did an amazing job—so warm, welcoming, friendly, and full of smiles and great energy. He really stood out and made the experience so pleasant!

We ordered the Lavender Matcha Oatmilk Latte (thanks to Benjamin for the great suggestion!) and decided to sit on the patio. The outdoor seating area was perfect—though indoor seating was limited, the breezy, cloudy afternoon made sitting outside such a vibe. It was chill, cozy, and just right for enjoying a quiet break with a good drink.

While the lavender flavor wasn’t as bold as I’ve had from other cafés, the overall experience was lovely. The place was clean, the vibe was relaxing, and Benjamin’s cheerful attitude made it all the more enjoyable.

Handsome and helpful—Benjamin is a gem! I’ll definitely be coming back again because of him. Keep up the great work, Benjamin! You’ve got a fan here.

PS: Bathroom was clean so it’s a major plus!
