I’ve always loved stopping by Starbucks for a quick treat, and I often enjoy bringing my dog along. However, today I had a disappointing experience. When I asked for a pup cup for my dog, I was informed that it could only be given if I had made a purchase. While I understand store policies, it was a bit surprising as other locations have been more accommodating in the past. It would be nice if there was a little more flexibility in creating a welcoming experience for all customers, furry friends included. Hopefully, future visits will be more enjoyable for both me and my dog.

Best Starbucks I visited during my trip to Manhattan. I know this is Hoboken, NJ but it’s worth mentioning it.

Friend baristas, clean restrooms, and coffee is hot, fresh, and good.

Went there this morning, and they told me their coffee machines were broke. Had to buy a $7 upgrade drink, and it was subpar. When I let customer service know, they treated me poorly and offered no insight or help, because I didn't have a paper receipt (which wasn't offered). And no, the screenshot of my credit card receipt was not good enough for them. Moving forward, I'll be visiting one of the other 20 coffeeshops in my neighborhood.

It’s a Starbucks, they’re pretty cut and paste. Service gets really backed up on the weekends and occasionally they don’t have many options for drip coffee late in the afternoon.

When you go to a Starbucks and pay Starbucks prices, the restaurant should be clean and employees polite. I stopped in yesterday with 3 others. It’s in a beautiful location but the restaurant itself was dirty. We ordered 4 drinks. One drink was made incorrectly and when we politely asked for the correct drink, she made it incorrectly again. The 2 women working behind the counter were whispering and rude. A lemonade never came and we waited 20 minutes. I never review restaurants but this location was disappointing and ripped us off. Never again!

The absolute worst customer service and baristas I have ever experienced at a Starbucks! I would recommend staying away from this Starbucks!Honestly they all need to be retrained to work the registers and to make coffees efficiently and with care!Every other order was wrong !! I was waiting over 20 mins and finally asked for my money back!
