When you go to a Starbucks and pay Starbucks prices, the restaurant should be clean and employees polite. I stopped in yesterday with 3 others. It’s in a beautiful location but the restaurant itself was dirty. We ordered 4 drinks. One drink was made incorrectly and when we politely asked for the correct drink, she made it incorrectly again. The 2 women working behind the counter were whispering and rude. A lemonade never came and we waited 20 minutes. I never review restaurants but this location was disappointing and ripped us off. Never again!

The absolute worst customer service and baristas I have ever experienced at a Starbucks! I would recommend staying away from this Starbucks!Honestly they all need to be retrained to work the registers and to make coffees efficiently and with care!Every other order was wrong !! I was waiting over 20 mins and finally asked for my money back!

My hometown starbucks! Always had pleasant and sweet staff. I love the art that gets displayed their (I think one of the staff members does it).. I also love the coat drives they do. Very appreciative of this lil starbucks. Much love to everyone their! ?

I just came here this morning apparently ive been ordering iced cappuccino for 2 years now and this new employee told me theres no such thing and they wont serve it! If you see a korean lady cashier goodluck!

Seen a slight turnaround since my last review was deleted , it's nice to see they made stirrers more available to the public and if you have quick fingers the sweeteners are close enough so you don't have to bother the employees who are usually very busy and understaffed. If we want to keep earning stars ( something that Starbucks can relate too) all they need are accessible straws , cup sleeves ( most other Starbucks put them on hot drinks) and more napkin dispensers . Thx for the improvement, from a very loyal Starbucks customer. Ohhh and a few more chairs and tables would be nice !

After the renovation at one of my fav Starbucks it's obvious they are getting rid of their customer experience and service - no workers no seats no atmosphere- just coffee and food - where did the straws /stirrers / sleeves / sweeteners? I guess out of sight out of mind to save a buck? I got yelled out for helping myself when there is no one behind the counter to help ? Sorry Howard Shultz but you may need to rethink the grab and go model or at least cut your prices as there is to much competition now.Totally disappointed - VERY loyal customer
