oh my god, you enter the store with good energy, happy and you leave bitter and angry with that woman, if she doesn't feel like working, or doesn't like serving the public, let her go home!!! And as if that were not enough, the awful sandwich was all lettuce and mayonnaise, nothing more! I'm not coming back, I'll choose jersey mike or vito's!

Excellent, don't pass this place up! Great meats, excellent bread, quick friendly service. Serves true jersey classic subs as I like to call them. Some places like to serve you more bread than meet, not submaster. I also enjoy shopping here because it is a small local business.

I want to love this place. Extremely clean place with friendly owner. However, I really don’t understand why they put vinegar to literally all the sandwiches…. every sandwich taste sour :(I guarantee if they stop putting vinegar to all the sandwiches their business will be more successful.

They Had a Salmon Sub... So I Went BUT Became Unsure Asking Is It Cooked and I'm Staring It Down... So the Very Nice Lady Asked if I Wanna Try Sample and of Course I Did... BUT Decided Not to Since It Was Too Similiar to Sushi Which I'm Not Fond Of... Got My Usual Turkey... 10 Inch Sub for About $10 Bucks... Pretty Fresh... Much Better Than Other NON Commercial Sub Shops... Only Issue Is I Wonder If Uuu Can Add Extra Meat Cuz I Didn't Ask or See an Option... But the Value Is Certainly Worth It...

Hoping this review saves the next person their money!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars. Whenever you’re in the mood for a sandwich in Hoboken SKIP SubMasters. Usually I order from lusardos or vito’s but they were closed. Absolutely appalled at what this place calls a sandwich. Basically a mayo/mustard sandwich. On the entire hero, TWO PAPER THIN slices of salami and turkey and 1 slice of cheese. Paid $13 for this joke of a sandwich. Usually I’m not one to leave poor reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable. I reached out on instagram and was told I’d get 50% off next time I come in…50% off?! I should get an entire new sandwich with actual meat on it for free next time!! I will not be returning.

Sub Master, is a super sandwich place as well as owner/staff super friendly,I always built my own I love,Smooked salmon,mayo , provolone cheese and because I like spicy I add all the time jalapeño slice peppers, delicious
