We had the BEST time at Sushi by Bou—hands down one of the most fun and memorable omakase experiences we've had. The 17-course progression was incredible from start to finish: fresh, creative, perfectly paced, and genuinely exciting with every bite. It's a little rush since we ordered the 17 courses omakase. The chef didn't have much time to interact with us within the one hour meal. Overall it's still a good experience for the omakase.

Sushi fresh, excellent variety, fun and interactive with sushi chef. Excellent experience but wish is was 20-30 minutes longer- felt rushed. No spacing inbetween seatings so the room becomes cramped and uncomfortable. Thinking its not the norm but we had a 5pm reservation room had a weird bleachlike smell and air conditioning was blowing on a cold December night.
