I hardly ever leave reviews but this location is so shockingly different from other locations that I had to leave a post. I ordered the Mod Harvest bowl with salmon and it was not edible. The salmon was dry, overcooked and room temperature. The sweet potatoes were cold as if they had come out of a fridge and the top was barely on so part of it spilled in the bag. I go to sweet greens all the time in NYC and they’re great but I will never go back to this one.

This Sweetgreen was on point. The food came out fresh and fast, and the staff were super nice you can tell they actually care. The space was clean, music was good, and the whole vibe just felt easy. I wasn’t even that hungry but ended up finishing everything. Definitely one of the better Sweetgreens I’ve been to.

Stopped by Sweetgreen while visiting from Atlanta — honestly, everything was so good! The place was super clean, the staff were nice, and my bowl came out fresh and perfect. The vibe felt chill but classy, and they didn’t play about the portions either. Definitely a solid spot to grab something healthy while you’re in town.

That salad was so fresh you could taste it in every bite. They let me pick three dressings, which I loved, and I actually added all three. The only thing I’d change is the container size it’s packed with salad so I wanted more of that amazing dressing! Other than that, total five stars. Fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite.

This food is straight garbage slop. Uncooked rice, cold sweet potatoes and suspicious looking steak for $28. Paid extra for 3 servings of this trash meat steak.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
Pretty poor quality compared to other locations I’ve been to. Barely anything in the bowl - not worth the money AT ALL when Just Salad is right down the block.
Was excited about this location opening up but will not be back.

Got a tamari chicken bowl and counted only 3 PEICES of chicken. So upset because the chicken was the whole reason i ordered this bowl it also came with 0 dressings that I picked.

I‘ve been at sweetgreen for the first time today (visiting from Gernany) - it was amazing. Nice staff and a perfect salad bowl. I had a drink with it that was amazing too. I will definately come back before flying home!

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
