I have been around many sweetgreen locations in the city and the quality of my meal at the new Hoboken location far exceeded other locations. I was a tad surprised to see it was setup as a take-out / to-go model location only, with ordering done at a kiosk, but it didn’t matter to me since I wasn’t planning on eating in. I ordered a salad online for opening day for in store pickup. There is no seating inside except for the double level wooden platform on one side which spooked everyone else. The kitchen are was fairly clean and you can see most of it from the entrance, but you cannot look at the ingredients in person at this location.
The salad I got was overall very disappointing. The grape tomatoes were sliced into quarter inch drivers, so you get about only two tomatoes total....
