I’m giving this location 3 starts on service because this location is suppose to be open at 9am but I’ve been here the last two times and the lady has the door closed. Today she said I needed to wait 5 more minutes and it was already 9:10am.

My friends and I had a horrible customer service experience here! The woman at the counter was extremely rude, first she wouldn't let us look at an order that she was mispronouncing to confirm it was ours and basically refused to give us our food because the name didn't match what she thought we would look like. She refused to let us use the bathroom and got into a verbal argument with us. I was so disappointed with the service and will never be back due to her extremely off putting attitude.

Not only have they messed up my order and put sour cream on my burrito when i specified that i am allergic to dairy and then wanted me to pay to order again and pay again, but they also closed 2 hours early and wouldnt let me order at 12:30 when they close at 3 am. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone ever

This is comfortably the worst Taco Bell. You can guarantee it will be slow and cold. Not sure if the management or the staff are unintelligent (probably both) but it’s one of the worst franchises in Jersey by a mile. It says something bad about Taco Bell that corporate hasn’t addressed this yet.

The most horrible Taco Bell ever. I had steak in my food and I’m a vegetarian when clearly all the items were vegetarian. On top of that I had an missing. I’m truly disappointed. Never going again.
Terribly slow with delivery service vs the drunk crowd in store. Leaves delivery drivers waiting over an hour at times. Better organization needed at peak times.

The sheer number people picking up with delivery apps means if you walk in your order takes way longer. Second the atmosphere isn’t all that great as a result. It just taco bell but most take away food places. Needs to change! Also walk to pick up your food. #lazy
