I’m giving this location 3 starts on service because this location is suppose to be open at 9am but I’ve been here the last two times and the lady has the door closed. Today she said I needed to wait 5 more minutes and it was already 9:10am.

My friends and I had a horrible customer service experience here! The woman at the counter was extremely rude, first she wouldn't let us look at an order that she was mispronouncing to confirm it was ours and basically refused to give us our food because the name didn't match what she thought we would look like. She refused to let us use the bathroom and got into a verbal argument with us. I was so disappointed with the service and will never be back due to her extremely off putting attitude.

Not only have they messed up my order and put sour cream on my burrito when i specified that i am allergic to dairy and then wanted me to pay to order again and pay again, but they also closed 2 hours early and wouldnt let me order at 12:30 when they close at 3 am. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone ever
This is comfortably the worst Taco Bell. You can guarantee it will be slow and cold. Not sure if the management or the staff are unintelligent (probably both) but it’s one of the worst franchises in Jersey by a mile. It says something bad about Taco Bell that corporate hasn’t addressed this yet.
