Poor service and wait times exceed hours. Ambiance is subpar. The food is not good. Bouncer is rude and does not let people in. Plan accordingly.

Girly in the bun and mask wouldn't let us order and was so rude and discriminating. Way too over crowded and was such bad customer service, communicate to your customers that you're stressed instead of being rude and locking the door on customers who are willing to pay for TACO BELL. it says you're open until 3am so either fix your hours or be nice to paying customers

I'm aware this is freaking Taco Bell but this is really slow for a fast food place. I don't get it at all. Probably the only thing keeping them up and running is the drunk late night crowd.

The worst customer service ive ever experience. The estsblisment is open until 2am and they refused service and fought customer at 1:15. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. i hope corporate visits this taco bell and revamps it.
We went to eat at the restaurant next to the Hoboken train station and were talking with friends about choosing a meal. One of the employees behaved rudely towards us and tried to fire us in the restaurant. While there is no situation, please warn your employees, otherwise we will have to apply to the necessary authorities.
