Not sure why this says temp closed but I had Tastebuds chicken taco for the first time yesterday (at the street fair in the Monroe center park). Wow, one of the best tacos I have ever had. So carefully and thoughtfully prepared. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their offerings. Do not hesitate to hit this spot up (and they are sooooo kind!!)
The tastebuds truck is a MUST-HAVE and my go-to! I look forward to Taco Fridays when I treat myself to tacos. What's better than excellent and personable service and the best birria taco I've ever had? NOTHING!! Love this place. Thanks for being you.
They were not tacos, they were works of art. The shell: warm and toasted, but not hard and falling apart. The insides: cooked and moist, cheese beautifully melted, vegetables crunchy but with give. The stall: tiny, they only use as much space as they need to create these tacos. The taco juice: drank. The person manning the stand: exceptionally polite and exuded taco-expertise.
