The perfect little taco truck! No fuss, just straight up delicious tacos. I ordered 2 birria tacos and blueberry lemonade, both were so good I wanted more! Consomé for the birria is yummy - just the right amount of flavor/salt balance. I will definitely be coming back!
Not sure why this says temp closed but I had Tastebuds chicken taco for the first time yesterday (at the street fair in the Monroe center park). Wow, one of the best tacos I have ever had. So carefully and thoughtfully prepared. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their offerings. Do not hesitate to hit this spot up (and they are sooooo kind!!)
The tastebuds truck is a MUST-HAVE and my go-to! I look forward to Taco Fridays when I treat myself to tacos. What's better than excellent and personable service and the best birria taco I've ever had? NOTHING!! Love this place. Thanks for being you.
