Delicious ice cream & the staff is super friendly! My dog loves the pup cups and my favorite flavors are Black Cherry & Cookies n Cream. I highly recommend Thomas’s if you’re in the neighborhood!

First time trying this shop. Really small spot and half of the shop was closed off by a curtain so not a lot of room to wait inside. I got a regular size dish of vanilla peanut butter with peanut butter sauce. The portion size was decent, but if I hadn't gotten the PB sauce on top, it wouldn't have had any PB flavor - the ice cream itself just tasted like plain vanilla with some bits of ice here and there. My boyfriend got a vanilla shake that tasted like milk. Definitely expected more cause of the high star rating, but for $15 we can get better ice cream elsewhere.

the ice cream is fantastic. They have the most interesting flavors, all home made, and served in generous scoops, the manager is great excellent communication skills

I Rarely give a single star, but it you're going to Charge $7+ for a regular cup, please make sure your ice cream actually fills the cup and that there is no Ice frost (freezer Burn) in your ice cream....
